I just have to share this amazing experience I had! I was so happy with the fair and great price I got for the parts and services for my car. The best part was that the mechanic helped me out when I needed extra work done without overcharging me. Other places were trying to charge me an arm and a leg, but this guy was just fantastic!

My car ? needed a new starter motor. Upon inspecting under the hood, they found an oil leak, which fried my starter. They replaced my oil filter adapter. I also had them put on a (Vehicle Speed Sensor) on my transmission and fix my driver's side headlight. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonable. Gerald was very knowledgeable and nice. Great job ya'll. I appreciate it ?

In July 2023, my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. So, I had them replaced.
In March 2024, my car needed an oil change and what I thought were new front brakes and rotors, and I took my car to another body shop for the repairs. Whoops...the joke was on me! That shop informed me that my front brakes were fine, it was my rear brakes, rotors and calipers that needed to be replaced.
I took my car in for a brake inspection and was willing to pay the $50 fee for it that they told me over the phone. Well, I saved myself $50 because they didn't do the inspection and since the calipers were the issue, there was nothing they could do about replacing the brakes and rotors on them. Since they were the last ones to work on the brakes and I needed new ones in less than a year...they were not willing to replace them and the rotors at no charge.
So I had to spend more money, again, in less than a year (April 5, 2024) to have my brakes and rotors replaced along with the calipers.
Greenwood Ford will no longer be getting my business or money.

Needed a starter put on. Cheapest quote by far. Service was fast and honest. Pointed out a problem with my car without trying to get the extra business to fix it. Fixed a few minor issues for free. Will be going back to this garage from now on. Very honest to deal with.

Was in town for one day to visit the Corvette museum, the next morning I noticed antifreeze leaking from my truck. I brought it to greenwood and Gerald was fantastic. Got my truck in that morning and that afternoon I was on my way home to Kansas.
