I bought what I thought was a great deal. Before I got home .check engine light came on. I called Cameron expecting a problem. He called me back in 2 minutes and told me to bring it in. The service department said it was the EGR valve and they would fix it the next work day. No cost because they certified their used trucks. The sales department did everything they could. So the service department has wasted my time and my check engine light is still on.Do not expect and help from these idiots. They wasted 4 trips to bowling green at 1 1/2 each time .Then I spent an average of 4 hours each time.Their service tech has no clue and I told him it was the box sensor.I am in touch with the bbb.Don't ever take your truck here and expect help.Oh and if after 20 hours of trying to get your truck fixed you happen to leave an angry voice mail Brian will not call you back.So there is thatTake your truck somewhere else

Don't go here. Go anywhere else! Terrible service. Misdiagnosed several times, overcharged for the misdiagnosis. Kept my vehicle for extended periods and didn't return my phone calls and didn't fix it! Each visit my vehicle got worse and different new problems. Really just need to get my vehicle fixed fairly and correctly. They are not honest or trustworthy. So bad I'm never buying another ford.

Have Video evidence How Greenwood Ford really treat people. your an expendable number! I was ran over there also due to them trying to sell a truck that did not get a uci. Had electrical problem. Details are on my Facebook Jon James! They kissEd my butt so I wouldn't sue. People made fun of me on Facebook that I worked with that possed as my friends. Couldnt quit because I really liked Ford and my Job. Wife had stage 2 cancer at the time. They couldn't give me any work I couldn't handle. So they started giving me the least work after the two year mark of the injury. They got rid of one dispatcher that gave us our work. And hired another guy that worked there. That's when problems really started. and an ex meth head one Saturday as a tech started a fight with me over them talking smack. Proof video is on my Facebook.Ford isn't all bad. It's just ran by a bunch of crooked people that can't do the right thing over money. It's the most unprofessional place I've worked. Chrysler isn't any better! Their shop is actually falling apart! They would rather put the money in Their pockets instead of the company. I made 54,000 dollars there in a year. I knew my job. And what I didn't know wasn't hard to figure out! If I were you, I'd buy from Toyota! They are up front and do not play games. Remember Jon James on Facebook video is a couple posts down. It's public!I have an eeoc lawsuit open Against them! And they will not get away with this! I don't care if they think they own the town! And I have to add one star to rate them to post this. They deserve negatives!A work place is t highschool! it's a Dealership and is suppose to be ran fairly! not push someone out to cover up their short comings and faults of their own that they need to correct.

Went to look for a used car. Salesman insisted I show my driver's license before showing me anything. I asked to see a different salesman. This one showed me the car I wanted to get info on. It was 3 years old, 65,000+ miles, asking price was about $3000 higher that what it sold for new! Another salesman misinformed me saying a car was still under factory warranty. I'm saying 'misinformed' and not 'lied'. (BTW, Carfax showed it had been a rental car. No thanks!)

These guys continue to lie in there response to my review on goggle. Please be aware that you can find a much more reputable car dealer than these lying and dishonest people. We worked with three levels of "employees" sales, finance and site manager. They are pitiful. very unprofessional. They should be ashamed

The vehicle service department is the worst one I have ever dealt with. They will not answer the phone, and the only person that will ever answer is the receptionist. It seem that is the only position that actually does their job. Also, any work you plan do get done add an extra week to the time line they give you because they do not stick to what they say.

DO NOTTTTT GO HERE. I will give a quick synopsis of my experience here. I had a recall on a part to my car. I take it in. I call first, I speak with the most demeaning rude man I've ever spoken to (who gave me all the wrong info). I show up as instructed, an army of golf carts start chasing after me to make a sale I guess. Made me so uneasy. Then, the front counter workers were ignoring customers in a very mean girl way, giving each other side glances that were very obvious judging every slight thing even talking about customers in front of us. I drop my car off and was getting it serviced with the recall replacement too. I pick it up several day later, after getting SERVICED, my low tire pressure light was on (how do you balance tires with low pressure?). After about 4 weeks, my new brake pads they put on it started to already be bad (FOUR WEEKS). Then the cherry on top is they absolutely destroyed my cars paint. I've called and called, been nice about it every time. A month later and I'm still not able to get in contact with anyone here. I can't think of one singular good thing that happened with my experience at this place. Not one nice person, nothing.

I've been here twice. I'll never go back again. Such terrible, high-pressure sales staff. I asked to see an F150 window sticker inside the truck (it wasn't in the window for some reason). I finally had to say, "if I don't see the price and window sticker in 2mins, I'm leaving." The "salesman" said he couldn't get it that fast, so I left. The guy was using every high-pressure line in the book.

FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT:Don't take your car here. I was charged for a tune up, and they only replaced one coil instead of all of them. Then when I called to ask if they were covered, when one of them messed up, which I gave them the number for the coil. They told me they were covered under warranty so I tow my car there and they called me today and said it couldn't be replaced because it's not covered. Wasted my time and made me mad the day before I have to move. I will never bring my car back and I would suggest going to Robby Sledge to get your car fixed, at least he's honest and up front with you. Too bad I can't do that now because I have to move, but He's the best mechanic I have ever ran across in BG, KY. I would trust him with anybody's car and he doesn't charge you outrageously!I also had a spark plug mess up shortly after being at Greenwood and it was brand new, but I was too afraid to take it back because I no longer trust them. Mechanics like to take advantage of women and I've learned my lesson on this one. I know it's $800 I can't get back, but I won't go alone next time, with my children, and sit for HOURS AND HOURS waiting on them. I won't ever trust them again. You changed intake gasket, 6 spark plugs, but only one coil. How stupid! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE- Service department. Charged me $500 in labor and the parts were only a little over $200, I will never trust y'all with my vehicle again.

Nice people here. We went during some monthly sales event and had the traveling salespeople helping us, but they were a lot of fun. No big hard sales and they listened to exactly what we wanted and gave us some options. Let us pay for the car in full with a credit card and didn't charge the fees to us, which was nice as some places do. (Hoby Die and Read, for example). Hopefully they are as nice if we have any issues with the car. I do agree with the other reviews on the mailers. This is a cheesy and exploitive way to bring in customers and they should be more honest about what these mailers are. However they aren't the only dealership doing this, it's a common tactic across the country with dealerships. Definitely not cool, regardless. I run a business and building customer trust is much more important than tricking a few people into thinking they won something so they'll come into the dealership. When they find out it's a borderline scam, why would they stay and purchase a car? Seems like bad sales tactics to me, but it must work or else they would stop doing it.
