This company is a joke. Ordered 3 sweaters. 3 weeks and nothing. I emailed customer service, a Catherine emailed me stating half my order she can ship. Within 2 minutes I replied back to confirm the shipment. 5 days go by, still nothing. She emails me today stating she had the flu and "her shipping dept must not have read her email to ship out and she'll just refund my order". You guys are a joke. This is why reviews matter. I NEVER reviewed anywhere or any business in my life. If I'm writing this it should tell you something.

Wish I could give more stars. Ordered a hat. Took 2 weeks to ship. Had to call and ask for update "oh we just got it in and will ship today" shipped USPS. Got lost. Was told I had to handle it and no offer to help. USPS of course couldn't fine it. So out $30 and Greater has not returned emails or calls since. Shame - Update. Jakob has reached out and is working to make it right. Most importantly he has been responsive and very helpful. The things they were missing in the past. I will order again now knowing they have fixed that and I hope they keep it up. Great Job Jakob
