I specifically told her where I wanted my hair cut to. First of all, instead of confirming, she just cut a piece and asked if that was fine. It was a little shorter than what I wanted but I said okay. Then after cutting all my hair she saw the sides were uneven. To me she said "i followed the technique this time but it still messed up" so then she continued to cut my hair shorter. This is very unprofessional and when a customer enters the store they expect professionals, not people who are still learning to cut hair and "mess up".

I went to the store to talk to a employee that sit here and cut my husband's hair the other day and then later reached out to him . & He is married . & She Had no business reaching out to him after he had done left . I just want to address her and tell her how unprofessional tht was . I wanted to talk to this women face to face. I don't appreciate another woman trying to disrespect me and my marriage. Her name was Jasmine and workeds at the location of scottsville road. My husband already told her not to get it twisted that he loved his wife and she pursued to message him.

My son just left and Rita cut his hair and he specifically told her he didn't want it that short and she also gapped the top of it. It looks horrible and he has to go to the 1st day of high school looking like that. I called several times and each time you press 2 to talk to some one it automatically puts call on hold and they can't hear you tried 3 different phones so it's not on my end next time my husband take him there without me ill be more specific and tell him to ask for Beth she is the only one there who actually knows how to cut hair! I am livid.

Bro.. I took my little cousin here for a haircut, what have they done to him, his school life is over, i remember how i was when i was younger with a bad haircut... it was miserable.. please pray for him. he's in our hearts right now.

Was worried about my haircut cause of my ocd and was essentially told to get over it and they did not listen to what i wanted. I look like a dork. I have to go out like this every damn day now. Never going back.

Awful!!!! My husband and I got a haircut and RITA does not know how to cut hair do not go to her. The attitude that came along with it and the looks is absolutely unprofessional and we will never go back to her. She cut my husbands hair it was all choppy and uneven he wanted a high fade and left with a "Mohawk" and they called it.
I hope the $1 tip helps out with schooling so no one else has to deal with a messed up haircut?
Also not even one apology from the girl who messed it up. Just the attitude.

My son just left getting his hair cut and was the most unprofessional lady I have ever crossed paths with. She has dark hair don’t know a name but to cop an attitude because your barbering skills are not fit for a dog grooming facility doesn’t mean you treat a 10 year old like a dog. Wont ever be at this location again. If you ain’t cut out to deal with the public find a new job!

I'd give less than one star if I could. Bad enough that the woman didn't even come close to what was wanted but it was uneven and just terrible. Had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Terrible.

Great haircut, but on this particular day, one of the stylists and a few of the customers were talking, IN GRAPHIC DETAIL, about committing animal cruelty towards cats. I was so uncomfortable and sick, I wanted to leave before my cut was done. Bless, my poor stylist did everything she could to steer the conversation to ANYTHING else, but the shop was full of sociopaths today. I don't know if I would come back, personally. But my haircut is absolutely amazing.

Beth did an amazing job on my hair. I would highly recommend her, I have thick curly hair and she did a wonderful job giving me layers.
