Pretty nice. They sell broken stuff though. I’ve gotten a couple shirts here as well as a cat themed plate set. They have lots of great things. The self care products (lotion, makeup, shampoo, etc.) most of the time are used, so be careful of what you buy. I saw a lipgloss and opened it to see if it was used (it was), and the foam applicator thing at the tip of the stick was missing. They have some nice shirts and toys. It’s a nice store overall—its just a bit off, I guess is the word.

First time trying to shop at this store for clothes and none of them have a price just a colored tag. I see a sign that has the color of the week is 50% off but mine was a different color. I find an employee and ask how I'm supposed to find out the price and she replies everything is the same price? So I ask ok what is the set price and she told me idk and didn't help me any further. Another shopper tried to help me by saying there is a price set at the end of the isles but where I grabbed mine from there was not a sign. So I put back my item and left.

I've come to this location many times. Too often Dollar Tree items are marked up a few more dollars (example pictured). I was overcharged today, I purchased 2 lemon floor mats, 1 was 3.99 the longer one was 5.99. Instead the woman rang up 3.99 3x, as if I got 3 of the small ones ?. Even worse - I purchased a 34.99 furbo dog cam - that doesn't even work . Apparently goodwills don't even accept returns, just store credit. Extremely disappointed they would overcharge me, & sell something before checking that it even works, especially something that expensive. Hella rude. I also agree with previous reviews - clothes are way overpriced at goodwill. The purses too.

Goodwill used to be a place for poor people to get expensive clothes at a cheap price...This place makes me sick. People are donating to your store and you turn around and sell it for more than what it's worth.Also the colored tags that are 99 cents on Sunday are being removed for the most part of the day and then put back the next day. Just a little inside info for you...We shouldn't let a nasty place get rich on a poor man's dime.

The Scottsville Road location is my favorite in all of Bowling Green. I get the best stuff at the best prices here. I think this is where all the rich people of Bowling Green are donating their stuff.

High prices and they put unsold items in the dumpster instead of sending to the outlet store or another local non profit to be sold. I even offered to purchase the dumpster headed items at a discount and was told NO, it’s against policy.

Old woman lied today and wouldn't give me my 50% discount she said we don't go by the tag we go by the string whatever liar and rude service the manager was yelling and wouldn't even give me a chance to speak awful customer service and they need to change there sign to we go by the string not the tag if you go by the string and not the tag put that on your sign.

Clean and organized. Lots of adult sized clothes, not so much children sizes. Many toddler sizes are 99¢ at all times (not included in 50% off color of the week special).
