I am a nurse working out of state at this time. I was having a horrible day searching for my medication that is a new medication. I had been on the phone with various pharmacies in bg for over 1 1/2 hours trying to find my medication available so it could be brought to be out of state. I called Ely in Bowling Green and spoke to Annslie, my angel for the day, and she not only ordered the medication, but she found me a coupon available, then made sure, even on her day off that the medication would be available for pick up. She saved me over $200 dollars. She went way above her job description and showed the best customer service skills hands down !! She truly makes me want to choose Ely Drugs as my first pharmacy always !!! Thank you Annslie and thank you Ely Drugs ❤️

I am a nurse working out of state at this time. I was having a horrible day, attempting to find my medication in stock locally, so it could be brought to me out of state when my visitor came. I had literally, been on phone for over an hour and close to two, calling different pharmacies to find the medication. I called Ely and spoke to Annslie, who was my angel for the day !! She had wonderful customer service skills and did everything including ordering my medication, finding a coupon for me, (with insurance $260) saving me over $200. She was so sweet, kind, and accommodating. She is a true customer oriented employee that makes going to Ely my first choice always !! Her boss should be very, very proud of her !! That is what makes customers want to come back every time !!! Thank you, Annslie! You rock and does Ely Drugs!!

Never have dealt with a more caring & efficient pharmacy crew ever! They compound multiple medications that insurance may not approve for a fraction of the cost. Give them a try. I promise you won’t go anywhere else!

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Service is always top notch and refills are always done fast. The pharmacist has helped me so many times regarding medication issues. They truly care! That's hard to find these days. Too many places you're just a number. Go see them!
