From the moment we walked in, Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect car for our family. Tyler was patient with all our questions, had a solid scope of knowledge about all vehicles we interested in (and others for comparison), and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. I recently took my 2018 Honda CRV in for servicing. Yolonda was the Service Advisor that took care of everything. She done an amazing job taking care of my vehicle as well as explained to me what areas of the CRV were actually serviced and other items in the future that I needed to be mindful of. Also, she assured me that if I had any questions once that I picked up the vehicle to let her know and she would provide the information needed to answer my questions.
I own two Honda CRV's and will definitely continue to take them to Gary Force Honda for service and maintenance needs.

The staff at Gary Force Honda is absolute best!!! I purchased a vehicle from them last September and Ryan in sales was extremely professional and was able to answer every question I had about the vehicle prior to me purchasing. And he was equally pleasant and helpful with questions that I had several months afterwards. Never once did he make me feel like I was bothering him.
Fast forwarding 11 months, I called to schedule an appointment for my complimentary maintenance service and once again, the customer service was superb!!! Yolanda Sublett in the service department patiently assisted me with what to look for on the maintenance screen so that she could appointment accordingly. It was also Yolanda that assisted me when I took my car in for the service and she was as pleasant and helpful in person as she over the phone! After checking me in, she walked me to the waiting area and pointed out all the amenities available for waiting customers. She even offered to walk me over to the parts department so that I could pay for parts my husband ordered.
The exceptional customer service continued with Bernie in the parts department. Like the others, he was a pleasure to do business with!!!
I appreciate the way you all do business...KEEP SHINING!!!

Traveling on a family vacation when our Honda Van started having issues. Tucker was able to get us in when we arrived at the dealer and we were quickly back in the road. What could have been a disaster vacation turned into a small bump in the road. Thanks Tucker and Gary Force Honda for fixing our van quickly so we could get back to our vacation.

If I could give this place 100☆ I would. Tucker is very helpful and the service is fantastic. All repairs are done quick. The waiting room is always super clean and stocked woth coffee and water. Everyone there is polite, professional, and kind. I love this service center.

Just bought my wife a 2020 Ford Expedition in June of 2024 a week after purchasing the vehicle with only 87,000 miles on it the transmission went out on it. I went back to Gary Force and Honda to talk to them about the issue we where having. My sales man and his manager took it for a test drive to only come back and tell me they didn't have any issues like I'm a fool or something. I also took it back to see if they would take the vehicle back and put her in something else, or repair it for us due to just purchasing it. All they said was you didn't get the extended warranty so there is nothing we can do to help you. Who thought you would need a extended warranty on a vehicle with only 87,000 miles on it coming from Gary Force and Honda dealership. Do not and I warn you all do not purchase from them they do not care at all about there customers service if so they would have helped if only paying half of what it cost to repair it They wouldn't even put it in they shop to see what the issue was. I feel something was rigged enough to make the sale cause test driving it we didn't have this problem at all just a week after purchasing.
It's amazing how Gary Force is responding to everyone's reviews, and reaching out to see how they can help those with bad reviews but mine.

Josh, the Assistant Service Manager, was so very helpful. He taught me things about my new used car, gave me a multi-point inspection, and saved me from spending money on a premature/unnecessary oil change. He truly cares about the customer, and has a positive attitude. SO VERY RARE these days. Thank you.
