My experience with FMO from start to finish was fantastic! The customer care, service and ease of purchase far exceeded my expectations. Cheyne was absolutely incredible! I needed a sofa sleeper and he took me through the buying process seamlessly. He was also able to get it scheduled to be delivered quickly. It was delivered on time and efficiently. The gentlemen who delivered it were awesome. I am in a third floor apartment and it was NOT easy, but they were so nice about it. I highly recommend this store. I love my sofa and the customer service is top notch!!!

FMO are great to work with and have a very good selection of furniture at a affordable price. Eddie and Fonzo delivered my furniture, they arrived on time and placed my furniture in my home with ease and were a pleasure to work with.

Update: the store sent someone to repair the bent metal pieces on the chair. It has worked fine since then.Spent over $600 on a basic recliner.Within the first month the chair is squeaking like crazy and is sitting weird. It feels like you’re about to fall backwards.The cushions and fabric itself are comfy and the service was good at the store but for the product to start breaking down this quickly makes me think the quality isn’t there for the price.

We are in the process of looking for a couch & loveseat. We walked in no one greeted us. I told my husband let’s go because no one greeted us. As we were walking out is when they decided to ask if they could help us. ?? we just kept walking.

The staff is always eager to help find what you’re looking for without being pushy. I’ve purchased several pieces from FMO and have always been incredibly satisfied with the quality of the furniture, price, as well the time it took to get items that had to be ordered. Highly recommend shopping FMO first.

I want to thank Maddy Collins at BG FMO!! I have been doing some upgrades in my home while my husband is working out of state, this included buy new livingroom furniture! I went to FMO they have a great selection at great prices and had help from Maddy, this girl has stayed with me the whole time and helped me find furniture that would match well. She has went above and beyond good customer service. She has went out of her way to take care of everything! To say I'm and pleased and thankful is a understatement!

Paid $2000 dollars for a sectional couch. The male and female ends that allow the 3 pieces to lock into place are striped and damaged. The middle piece of the sectional sits about 2 inches higher than the cushions on the end. So if you lay across it it’s like a giant speed bump on your back. Looking along the backside of it the 3 pieces don’t even make a straight line. Probably the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Paying 2000 I assumed the materials and quality would be top notch, but instead i get scammed for some cheaply made couch that should value at like 700. Salesman spoke so highly of the couch and deceived me entirely.One of the bar stools I purchased was missing one of the leg rails, and the coffee table we received had a white skid mark on the top edge. None of this was damaged during moving. I assumed the employees would inspect them before they make a sell but I guess not. Hopefully someone reads this and dissuades you from buying so much from this place

The salespeople were great, however, our order was delivered with wrong pieces unable to make item functional. Then, more parts were dropped off which were also wrong. When we went to the store to make things right the owner was incredibly rude and combative. Their customer service is totally non existent. The owner was constantly arguing and belittling customers in our presence. Even taking our Lords name in vain. We witnessed at least 4 confrontations either in person or on the phone in only 2 visits to the store.Stay far away from this place!

If I could give No stars then I wouldn’t even give them that! The male manager of that store is an complete and absolute j**** And I would never under any condition make another purchase from there. I had issues with my couch from day one and told them about it from the start. I had already waited for weeks for it to come. I told them I wanted to exchange and they tried to charge me a $600? restock fee? for a couch that was damaged on both ends! Super rude General manager was combative and hard to deal with through the entire process. At the end of the day I had to pay over $400 more for a cheaper couch, just get them to exchange them out. Then when they delivered the new couch the broke property on my porch but wouldn’t pay my “restock” fee! And only paid for partial of the damage. The Gm didn’t like it when the ? was on the other foot and called me personally after I told him the price of the damage, he was super rude to me about it saying he was only gonna pay for partial, or he wouldn’t pay for anything at all. This guy should not be in a management position. Super j*** and super rude So BEWARE!!! If you have a problem there they are going to try to snake you out of more money, if it leaves with you or you have delivered and there’s a problem you will be stuck in it or charged a RIDICULOUS FEE! Only one lady name April was helpful and I thank her for that, but her boss is a tyrant so her hands were tied.Did I mention that the head guy there is super rude and unhelpful? Spoke to me as if I was a nobody in a threatening manner because he was holding the cards and already had my money. This was not my first purchase there but it was my last. I didn’t even buy the warranty this time bc I never want to have to deal with them again. Buyers Beware of this place. Sorry April you deserve better management. Zero stars for me! Note they did offer to fix the original broken couch but when you just paid $2000 for a couch why would I want a fixer upper???? I want a brand new $2000 couch with no damage. Wouldn’t you? ZERO STARS!!! And if look through the reviews I see I’m not alone! They have done this to other customers. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! The reply to this review is nothing but lies! I never was rude to any other employee there. I barely talked to anyone there besides the rude and disrespectful manager John. So the fact is he is lying though his teeth in order to mislead future customers. I had several people sit on the ends of that couch to make sure it was indeed damaged and I let them know a day or two after purchase that it was damaged. It took them forever to replace. And my flower pot was a custom pot that can be replaced and it was part of a set. normal size pot not coffee size. And plant was more valuable than the pot but he said take it or leave it. No gonna wast a lot of time with this guy but he is lying about the whole ordeal. And the couch was in fact damaged. Why would I take a smaller cheaper couch and loose money to have it replaced??? John your apology is not acceptable or accepted! You get on here and lie about the whole situation and have the nerve to apologize??? You know where you can stick that. You came out ahead on me but I hope you don’t continue to do that with your future customers. I have witnesses than can attest to the damages. Furthermore My place of business has absolutely nothing to do with this situation at your store, for anyone reading this , this just goes to show you how big of a douche bag j*** this guy for trying to throw that out there for someone reason. This is the type of person you would be dealing with there. This is the guy in charge???? No way, no customer service, and Zero stars!!! What’s done is done I’m taking my loss and moving on back to my comfortable blessed life, just a warning to any future buyers to beware of this place and especially the General manager/ owner/ head guy in charge or whatever his title is, like he said his name is John. He will treat you like he is above you in every way, tried to treat me like a peasant, and tried to make me feel inferior.
