The folks were very niceHowever l should have research the quality of the love seat, not a month old and already show a lot of wear, the material is very wrinkled already. plus when going into the laying position, it SOMETIMES makes a noise l am not comfortable withI have buyer’s regrets on the love seatI give 3 stars because the electric chair is fine right now

No high pressure salesmen here. Salesman Nelson ( if I'm rembering his name correctly) was very friendly as was the lady in the office that rang me up. Love the lamp and console.

Will was a fantastic salesman! He was very helpful without being pushy. I will definitely ask for him any time I go to Ford’s for any of my furniture needs. The selection of furniture was fabulous. It was hard to decipher de what we wanted because so many items would have worked in our townhouse. We went to other furniture stores but the quality of furniture at Ford’s really surpassed them all!
