Absolutely the worst morning experience and customer service I’ve ever received. The lady working the food counter was the worst. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience that I was there to order food and not only that but the food was awful. Would not recommend.

Bought $150 in Amazon gift cards there, and they didn't activate them. I tried calling, but no one ever answers the phone and it just goes to voicemail after 3 rings. Super frustrating. We've gone from the customer always being right to the customer not being part of the conversation at all.Edit: Keith and the folks over at Fivestar are top notch!! They got me all the gift cards activated and worked hard to do so. They definitely went above and beyond. Great folks!

The employees all seem like good people, all of them are friendly and I never have a problem when I’m in there.the only problem i have is that the store hours are no where near accurate. both on google and on the store’s front door it says they close at 12AM, but i’ve come as early as 10:30 PM and the doors will be locked even though the store still has its lights on and workers in it.

This is my favorite local gas station/convenience store/breakfast food place. The staff are always so kind including Sydney and Allison in the morning who always are eager to help me, the food is delicious, and it's not too pricey. Thank you all for your fine service!

Open until 12 am?!?!?! Hahahahahahahaha! They lock the doors by 11 pm. What a freaking joke. They are in the store watching people try to come in while telling them they're closed with hand signals and laughing as they do it.

Very subpar, not 24 hrs and locks doors whenever they want to. There’s no way at 11:15 should this store be closed and they’re doors say 12. I’ll continue to go to AM express on three springs over this dump.
