I’ve had all my cars serviced for over 10 years. Picked up my car from having the oil change, tire's rotated, balanced, and purchased a tire.. Less than 2 hours later I had 5 PSI. The manager acted like it was my fault. Wanted me to drive it in to see “if it was their fault”. It took them 7 hours to do the work too and their reception rolled in at 8:15 AM. Late I’m sure bc no one was answer the phones or upfront for 15 minutes.

Came in for a flat repair and they have a policy against working on cars with spacers so I can’t be a customer anymore!

Wheel bearing replacement in November. Need another in July. The must use poor quality parts to fix your car and then don't stand behind work paid for.

I had an inspection done to see if my rear or front breaks needed to be replaced as they were squealing and grinding. I was told that only my rear brakes needed to be replaced. The next day I had the exact same loud grinding and squealing. I tried to set up multiple appointments to rectify the problem when I was told If I do need front brakes I would have to pay for them. I would not recommend this company.

Tried to up sell $1000 control arm installation saying my bushings were bad. There is nothing at all wrong with my bushings. Very disappointed and have lost trust in this establishment. I paid to have my tps censor reset and it did not get done.

I paid $80 for an oil change and didn't even get a sticker on my window telling me when the next oil change is. I wasn't even sure if they gave me an oil change so I had someone check behind them to make sure my oil was changed. They didn't fill my fluids either. It had been changed so no worries but Geez. I will go back to Valvoline next time.

The mechanics here work on flat rate which means if they don’t sell work they don’t make money I’ve already looked at 2 vehicles which they said were in need of brakes when in fact the brakes had more then 60%of life left all I can say is I wouldn’t recommend going here and if you do get a 2nd opinion before you waste your money…

Thats just the point they didn't do anything at this location. There only good for tires here. They don't even put enuff oil in the motor wen they do oil changes. If u need a big job dne they tell u to take it to the dealership. So far the second location is not scared to work....Service: Tires

We were headed down to Florida from Chicago. But our van was shaking so badly anytime we hit 60-70 mph. Due to a bad balancing job somewhere else. Stopped in as an emergency and the team took care of us. Taylor our technician was so kind and caring! Providing us all the proof and showing us what the problem was. If we lived in town this would be my to go place. Thank you!

Brought my car into Firestone because of a shake in my steering when I went over 55 miles per hour. They quoted me $200-$300 dollars on the repair including diagnostics. I approved the repair and they had my car “ready” in a few days. As I was driving the car home, I noticed that the shaking was still going on. They told me that it was my tires. I pointed out that the problem was not the tires and if they would go on a test drive with me, I could show them. We went on a test drive and I was right; their mechanic agreed after going over some railroad tracks, that it was definitely not the tires. They took the car back into the shop, kept it for a few days and said it was fixed. I showed up to pick up the car, and it wasn’t fixed. As a matter of fact, it had not been looked at at all. They told me that it was a part in the steering column that need to be fixed and told me that it would be another $700 + to be fixed. I reluctantly agreed to the repair and paid the money, again. I come back about a week later and the part has come in, but the repair has not been done. They said that the part needed to be fixed but the issue wasn’t something that they could fix in their shop and needed to go to a dealership. They had no idea what they were talking about. I was obviously upset that I had spent so much money to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed in the first place, because none on the repairs actually repaired the issue that I was having. The manager told me that he understood my irritation, especially since they kept calling me to tell me that it was ready and obviously didn’t test drive the car afterwards to confirm the car was repaired. He agreed to put a set of tires on the car that he had in the back, because while my tires were not the source of the problem that needed to be repaired, they were gettting to the point that they needed to be replaced. So I again reluctantly agreed to swap, because it would be nice to not have to worry about tires and $600 retail would knock my experience to $200-$400 on the work they did, replacing parts that were not needed. I figured it was a couple hundred dollars to learn that they probably shouldn’t work on my cars at that location. The agreement was I would bring the car in after the repair was done. Well, when taken to the other shop, the part was on back order. It turns out that the part that needed to be replaced was not something that “only dealerships” could fix. It was a $40 rubber stopper that took a 2 hours to put on. So my irritation about spending that much time and that much money was elevated, but I thought, I’m getting the tires and should probably not use those guys again to repair vehicles. Today my car is coming out of the shop. I called up there to get an appointment to put the tires on. I’m told that it isn’t notated that this agreement was made and the manager that I spoke with “probably” wasn’t there anymore, and there wasn’t anything thing that they could do. Was advised to call the store manager in the morning. Tomorrow, I am planning on just going up there and asking for my money back. An absolute waste of time and energy and please don’t bring your vehicle here to get anything other than tires. There isn’t a part in this process where they can be trusted, from diagnosis to keeping their word.
