The guy that greeted me was an older man with the laziest voice you could hear, I gave him the wrong information and it's like he got excited to let me know that that was wrong information like hoping I'd leave or something afterward, I then say that's how it worked last time and then a manager came up acting similar to the way the reg worker acted almost like they were so excited to let me know that I'm wrong so I just answered back with very vague answers.
She had to tell me I was wrong probably no lie 6 times and I just kept answering with ok cool story...
I was smiling the entire time, not rude once even after the experience I received.
I'll still be back cause I'm not afraid of confrontation however definitely won't look forward to using this location any longer.
To the manager Alisha.
I'm so glad that you were right today even though I didn't care, you seemed to really care about being right so you earned it! Lol
Such a weird interaction to have with customers unwarranted.

They charged me 134.00 bucks to ship a box from KY to NY with no insurance .
I could have drove their for that....

My package is now 6 days late because you have an incompetent driver. I ordered brakes from Walmart that I need desperately and for 6 days the tracking says it can not find my address. There is literally one road and 4 houses on it how hard would it be to find my house. Tell your drivers to look at mail boxes and stop following Google. Do your damn job. This is the crapiest delivery service ever. I've ordered from UPS, Amazon, Pet Smart, Chewys and many more, they don't seem to have a problem finding my house.3 days calling your customer service line and on Monday I gave a different address to drop it off at and not to my surprise Tuesday at 9:53pm my new update driver still can't find recipient hmm imagine that nothing has been done.It had been stuck in your facility for 6 days and all your customer service can say is we see that they can't find the posted address, we'll thanks Geniuses. I can't even get a refund because your incompetent driver has it stuck in bowling Green. My vehicle is still down and my $100 part in with an idiot. Is Fed ex going to compensate me for this? Freakin China has better shipping and delivery time that you all.Since you people hire drivers made to look or listen to Google I've managed to get google to fix the peg on Maps so now your driver can change his diaper put his crayons away and go follow the little lady on his phone.

Last year at Christmas time they were great. But this is the 3rd time they delivered to the wrong address in the last few months. UPS and the USPS do not have any issues. I order off Amazon all the time. I have noticed the seller. If I had the option I would choose NOT to have them deliver my packages. I hate having to grab my packages from my neighbor’s house.

They were helpful because my selling platform did not provide a prepaid QR code for them to scan as they normally do. All I had to do was email my copy of the shipping label to them and they made the rest happen.

Find another FedEx ship center. While all of the employees except for 1 are super nice and helpful there's one woman who works there who clearly hates her job and everyone who walks through the door. Every time I've had to deal with her she's been extremely rude, no help at all, and I've always had to go to another FedEx to ship what I need to ship. This place would be my go to FedEx if she didn't work there because everyone else there is very nice and helpful.

Horrible service. Waiting on a medication they delivered to the wrong location only for them to tell me I hadn’t checked my place. I had. Then they said that the delivery driver was going to retrieve the package at that moment. 3 hours later I get a call telling me that the day it was delivered it went to the right place. Again no it didn’t. Then they were finally gonna go get the package for me to pick up. It’s now been 2 days since I was supposed to receive it and the driver was just told to retrieve the package so I still don’t have it 2 days missing my medication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
