Please do not go to this family dollar. I went in and got some items and the ticket said said they was 10.99 got to the counter and rung my items up well low and behold those items are pricing as 12$ So I showed the store employee and all she could say was she can’t override the price!. Well why not?! Oh it’s a cooperate issue smmfh they are ripping people off. Please pay attention when using this store

I go to family dollar probably every other day. Today was not a good friendly day. The front register manager was rude to the worker that was obviously training her on register. I even called to give my feedback and boy was she upset with me calling. Basically blowing me off and acting like what I was sharing with her wasn't true. She even hung up on me before I got a chance to rebuttle. I called back and the lady answered the phone by saying my last name. How rude can one person get. Just a very nasty attitude. I won't be visiting for awhile.Ms. Kim and the other workers are excellent. One bad apple can spoil a bunch though.
