From the state-of-the-art machinery to the world-class training, their commitment to fitness excellence is as palpable as the post-workout endorphin rush. Whether you're a fitness newbie or an athlete in the making, these professionals have tailor-made workout plans and will coach you every step of the way.One of my personal favorites of the club, though… the locker room is not just a footnote here. They boast full-length lockers large enough to accommodate even the most ambitious duffel bag. So, say goodbye to the locker-jamming Olympics, and hello to fast and efficient. If keeping your clothes nice is of importance to you then you know what I’m talking about. And for the cherry on top, an onsite sauna awaits to help you unwind, with or without a workout.Ahead of the endless supply of machines and equipment (seriously, there is more equipment here than any other nearby gym, and they maintain their stuff) awaits a members lounge so comfortable it makes your favorite couch jealous. Best local gym in town! Very clean and organized with a large variety of equipment. The members and staff are always welcoming and easygoing. The gym is never overcrowded so waiting for equipment is never an issue. Recommend it for anyone in the Bowling Green area looking for a real gym.

Executive Fitness Club is an absolutely incredible gym to be apart of. From the variety of equipment offered, the group classes, and staff, it makes for the perfect gym. If you are looking for a private, clean, and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place for you!

Executive Fitness Club is one amazing gym and the best in town! The trainers are the best in Bowling Green, KY! The gym is super clean, has all the state of-the-art fitness equipment, friendly and supportive staff that is always there to support your fitness and nutrition goals. It's a place you can feel comfortable working out; and have a great atmosphere that you can be yourself. Thank you!!!

Best gym I’ve ever belonged to! Super clean facility and the staff are great people. Always friendly and helpful if any questions about the equipment or the facility. I am always recommending EFC to all my friends.

Best gym in Bowling Green. Great, friendly staff. Almost never crowded. Quality, sleek merch (bought a hat and Zip-up jacket and highly satisfied). Sauna is a fantastic new addition as well. Never had a single complaint.

Executive Fitness is one of the cleanest, friendliest, judgment free zones I have ever been in!!! They have some of the most caring and amazing workers (and members) I’ve seen. They truly care about others well-being and seen them succeed!! If you’re wanting a place to get into shape.. this is THE place. You will not regret it!!

My wife and I dropped in on a short trip and met the owner and he was very kind and hospitable to us.This gym has everything you need, highly recommend this establishment.

The gym is super nice, not crowded, & has really friendly staff and gym goers. They got monthly challenges and sometimes they have events. It’s pretty expensive to be here but I think it’s worth it.

Executive Fitness Club is the cleanest, friendliest and best set up for people of all fitness levels. Cardio machines, free weights and a CrossFit area, make this an incredible space for different workouts. The sense of community is also palpable from the 1st Day you start training! I highly recommend stopping in to see Clayton Tandy and the rest of the TEAM. ??

By far, the best facility around. Since becoming a member in 2019, EFC has been beyond exceptional. Clean, friendly staff, and all the up-to-date equipment you need. Huge plus for me; it's never crowded & it's a safe workout atmosphere for us females.
