Hi my names Vivian, I’m a nail technician at Elite Nails. I’m writing this review regarding the 1 star review from -Igor-. I wanted to address a few things about the client. First, I want to state that we tried our best to work with her. Our team takes pride in providing the best service that we can so customers feel satisfied when they leave the salon. She claimed she wanted a Russian gel manicure which she explained they build on with builder gel. My boss explained to her that she doesn’t have much experience with the builder gel but will still do it for her and let Igor know if there’s any problems to come back and we’ll fix it for free.
Igor came back a few days later saying some of her gel polish had peeled off, we apologized for the inconvenience and let her know we will fix it and removed the builder gel and explained that we’ll just do the gel considering our builder gel didn’t stick to her nails good and that the gel should stick better without it since we have more experience with just gel polish. She came back the next day and said it peeled off again.I wish she would’ve posted the pics of them the second time because you can tell she picked at them because they weren’t peeled off like before they had chips on 2 fingers on the tips of her nails. We even offered to fix those nails for free again. We refused a refund because the service (manicure etc.) was still done (the first time i believed it took 2 hours?) and it really sucks when things like this happen because we’re commission based and we never know how much we’re going to make that day. We really did try our best to satisfy her but we didn’t succeed- which is okay, it is what it is but I hope this doesn’t stop any new clients from trying us out!! I promise we’re a really good team and we are grateful for all our sweet clients and any issues you have we’ll do our best to fix!! :)

This is the worst manicure of my life. I got a manicure on the 4th, and by the 6th all my nails had peeled off. I went back to the salon, they redid my nails, and the next day my nails peeled off again. This is the worst salon I have ever visited.I wanted to get a refund for this terrible manicure, but I was refused a refund. Therefore, I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I love elite nails!! I’ve been coming here for years and Cindy always does a fantastic job and really takes the time to make sure your nails are perfect! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been here twice and even brought my 4 year old along for mommy and daughter date. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff, the technicians, the pedicures, the price, it’s all 5 stars!!!

The best experience ,I started with Cindy but another lady took over because she had appointments.i was a walk in so no complaints there ..the lady that did my nails was very patient and took her time ,my pedicure felt amazing.and I love my full set .nothing felt rush and they are very friendly .. Thank you
