“Mike and his team are the epitome of customer service. I purchased a new system from them back in the summer and when it turned cold last month I noticed the passenger side of my vehicle was blowing cold air when the heat was on. I assumed it was a programming error of some sort so I took it back to their shop. Turns out my issue had nothing to do with the system I purchased . Instead of sending me on my way and saying sorry not my problem, Mike and his team researched the issue and repaired it anyway. I’ll be a customer for life and refer all my friends and family to him as well. So refreshing to find someone who truly cares about their customers!!”

“I have a 20+ year old Yamaha LLx-500c that I bought new from Musician's Pro. My favorite guitar hands down. I had to replace the original saddle, which created intonation problems, so I brought my guitar to Brian. I said, "Can you fix this?" Two days later, he calls me back: he did a pro neck setup, installed a new saddle AND trimmed it to correct my action, fixed the intonation, tightened things up, and installed a shiny new set of strings. I don't remember my guitar playing this well or sounding this rich and full. It's like new again! Thank you, Brian. You are a pro!”
