I purchased a new system from them back in the summer and when it turned cold last month I noticed the passenger side of my vehicle was blowing cold air when the heat was on. I assumed it was a programming error of some sort so I took it back to their shop. Turns out my issue had nothing to do with the system I purchased . Instead of sending me on my way and saying sorry not my problem, Mike and his team researched the issue and repaired it anyway. I’ll be a customer for life and refer all my friends and family to him as well. So refreshing to find someone who truly cares about their customers!!”

“I have a 20+ year old Yamaha LLx-500c that I bought new from Musician's Pro. My favorite guitar hands down. I had to replace the original saddle, which created intonation problems, so I brought my guitar to Brian. I said, "Can you fix this?" Two days later, he calls me back: he did a pro neck setup, installed a new saddle AND trimmed it to correct my action, fixed the intonation, tightened things up, and installed a shiny new set of strings. I don't remember my guitar playing this well or sounding this rich and full. It's like new again! Thank you, Brian. You are a pro!”

Peter/Tony (one of the geek squad agents, I can’t recall his name for sure) was also so insanely smart, courteous, and efficient. Super impressive!!!
On a follow up visit, Luther was efficient while juggling many customers while being the only agent on duty at the time. He worked hard and made sure I was completely satisfied with my computer situation even though the pressure was high for him.
They all thoroughly explained my options, worked hard to ensure I was well informed.
I will look forward to returning because of these guys!!

After switching phone services/cellular providers from my long-time Cricket to Boost on 10/03/2024, my otherwise amazing phone was stuck on emergency calls only for 8.5 DAYS.
During this time, I couldn't call or receive calls or text/receive texts and as a handicapped person, this was even more stressful.
On 10/8, I rallied to "gear up" (as in it takes about 3 hours to shower, dress, get down the stairs and to the car - IF my busted knee cooperates) and get to Metro. When low and behold, I have a flat tire!! What are the odds, right? And of course, I can't call AAA because my phone is stuck on emergency calls only!! (Thanks, Boost. Y'all suck)
Anyhooooo .... Only providing this *highly riveting backstory* so you understand what an uncharacteristically emotional basket case Mick and Aston were dealing with when I finally got there on 10/11!
And loooooong story short, they were both WONDERFUL on all counts including but not limited to professionalism, expertise, compassion and graciousness as in my "thank you" was not met with "no problem" -- but instead, and as it should be, "you're welcome" and " my pleasure."
Only time will tell how the actual phone service is but so far so good. And I can't possibly thank Mick and Aston enough for their excellent customer service and kindness.”
