I've bought a few guitars from there. Also pawned and sold a few items. Never had anything but a good experience. Staff are very helpful and kind. Any time I've asked them to help on a price they've always been willing to negotiate.

Store is a little disorganized, however it makes up for it by having large amounts of inventory to comb through. I've never sold anything to them, but I I've always enjoyed going and browsing the store and finding something to buy. Guys behind the counter have always been really nice.
