I was in town for an event and needed a quick set of tire replacements. Got to this location before they opened and was greeted with quick and extremely friendly service. I can not thank this staff enough for a very positive experience.

I stopped by on the way to work about 30 minutes after they opened because my tire pressure sensor showed low pressure on one of my tires. I knew I was due for new tires (3/32 and 4/32). After looking at the options, I decided to get new tires for my truck instead of fixing the tire. They offered me several options in different price ranges, all in stock. Once I made a decision, they quickly put my new tires on, and I was on my way. Despite the busy lobby, I was in and out in less than an hour, even though I didn't have an appointment. They were very friendly and helpful. I've used Discount Tire for several of my vehicles over the years (and in several states) and never regretted it. Their reasonable prices and excellent customer service have made me a repeat customer.

I ended up with 1 Nail in all 4 Tires. I went because I heard they do Patches for free. I was fairly certain my RP would need replaced given the nail was on the shoulder, plus it also had a screw. They said all they could do was replace it and they'd inspected the other 3. My truck was on the lift roughly 20 minutes. The manager/supervisor brought me my Keys and had a paper the technician scribbled some details on that stated my FD and RD were BOTH PATCHED but stated they found a second nail in my FP's inside shoulder that had a small leak so they can only replace it. I spoke to the guy at the counter about replacement Tires but my Tires were on backorder so they couldn't get them, at least not soon. They offered different tires but I said I'd look around to order some matching Tires and likely come back for mounting and balancing. Well, as soon as I step out of my truck at home, I see the nail in my RD was STILL IN THE TIRE. Not to mention they didn't even put my Valve Stem Caps back on. This prompted me to start inspecting my FP for the supposed nail in the inside shoulder and couldn't find it. I went back and spoke with a different employee and the supervisor. The supervisor pulled the nail from my RD that the technician lied about patching and thankfully it only hit the tread and didn't puncture. He got me some new Caps and insisted the FP had a nail in the shoulder so I said screw it and left. I immediately ordered a new Tire from Walmart and made an appointment with Firestone. I checked my FP everyday for a week and it WAS NOT leaking. My RP that had a screw and nail, Firestone declared unpunctured and didn't need to be replaced nor patched. And just as I suspected, my FP did NOT have a nail in the shoulder so it WAS serviceable but Firestone also declared this tire didn't need replacing or patching either! I left Firestone not spending a penny, not even an inspection fee. If I went back to Discount, they would've gotten hundreds outta me to mount and balance $500 worth of tires I didn't even need. I knew something was up when I went back, as I was talking to an employee the technician in the shop stopped and was staring at me through the window like a deer in the headlights.
Not to mention the guy who pulled my truck in and out of the shop wasn't pushing the throttle lightly then hopped out laughing and cutting up with the other technicians like they were getting a kick out of my loud exhaust. Wouldn't surprise me if this guy takes customers' cars out for joyrides... Sorry, I mean "test drives".
I'll never go back to Discount Tire, at least not this one.

Discount tires r fraud they don,t covers waranty of tires they gave me warranty for 40,000 miles i just drive 15000 and now they r telling me u need to change your tyre and you have to pay $165 more after driving litterly 15,000 miles my recommendation don,t goes to them they r fraud and i requested them let me go to some body and change tyre and i bring your tyre back to you and give me my discount money back what you guys offer on 15000 miles they refuse to give me that they wants to bound me in circle like again i buy tyres from them. My suggestion don,t go to discount tyre they are fraud people. Thanks

Traveling from Florida my tire pressure light came on. I had just purchased new tires from a Florida Discount Tire 6 days prior. I was in and out of this location within an hour. They checked all 4 tires and found no issues. They reset my indicator light and all is good. Very nice and friendly staff.

Took my vehicle to Discount Tire because my tire was losing air. Salesman looked at it and said there was a ring around the outside so it was probably ruined from driving it with low pressure. Told me it was going to take 1-1/2 hours to look at it. The price to replace it would be $303.00. Took it to Big O and they fixed it at no charge.

I have never received better service than Al at Discount Tire. Next to godliness is all I can say. I recommend Discount Tire on Campbell lane Bowling Green Kentucky. Ask for Al he is great and definitely sent from heaven when I needed it

Overall customer service is good. But Everytime I go to get my tires rotated they don't do it right. I simply ask for a certain psi and to relearn my sensors. Which they forget everytime.. now I'm left with lights flashing and all my psi are wrong.
I made an appointment. Took them 30 mins after my appointment time go get it back there. Which I can understand. They get busy and behind schedule. No big deal. But to mess it up EVERYTIME..and waste our time.
Make us take time to fix what they messed up.. they're suppose to be the "professionals".
Just be careful and make sure you double check that everything is good with your vehicle before you drive away.
