This place gets a meh face. Employees could care less if you're buying or not. Prices are higher than most other places. They do have a good selection. But good luck getting help.

This is an upscale store, and items are priced in line with their quality.

I've been shopping in this store for years. Great quality amd product worth the price. I have boots that I bought from here that are 15 years old amd still look like new. Customer service is excellent. You can find everything you need here.

My partner and I went into greenwood mall location in bowling green Kentucky and was looking around at clearance items and some dress clothing for work, he tried on clothes and I walked back to see how they fit him, once we came out, we were met by 3 security guys, which are used from local law enforcement agencies, followed us around the store for no reason watching our every move, up until the time we checked out, we have spent several thousand of dollars at this store and being treated like this was total discrimation at its finest, you have lost our business and if you review your stores footage you will see nothing illegal was ever happening with us, both are professionals and would never steal or commit a crime, and the way this was handled was very inappropriate, the two security guys even acted like a couple around us, just trying to fit in and watching our every move. Pathetic that they have nothing better to do and this is what our tax dollars are being spent for.
