Nia at Dillard’s in Bowling Green was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find the I wanted by calling other stores. She was patient, kind, and truly cared about making sure I left happy. I’ll definitely be asking for her every time I shop there!

One of the few remaining brick-and-mortar stores. Able to come in to browse or order on-line, then pickup. Two floors of fashion. Excellent service, not pushy.

My husband and I went to Dillard's last weekend to look for a new suit. David, in the men's department, was outstanding! He helped us find the right size and fit, measured my husband for alterations, and completed the outfit with a shirt and ties. The department was busy while we were there and he handled our needs as well as the other customers with efficiency. We will definitely go back!

Went to Dillards last night 03/07/25 they where having a huge 65% off men clothing had a ton of items in my arms there was only one associate who ask me if he could help me and take the clothes to the desk and helped us find sizes and other items we was looking for his name is David he’s over in the big and tall so if you go to Dillards and need help please go find David he’s awesome thank you for all your help David next time I’m there shopping I’ll know who to go to to help me we appreciate you

Salena in the lingerie dept is phenomenal! Extremely professional and efficient, hands down the best fitting experience I’ve had. Will definitely be shopping while she’s on shift in the future!
