Faith at the BG David’s Bridal is AMAZING! She really helped me out when I was in a time crunch for my wedding and I can’t thank her enough! She went above and beyond for me. The entire staff was so great and the store was so warming and inviting. Would recommend them to anyone!!

Had an amazing experience, Reaiah was such an amazing help. She was so nice and helpful! She helped pick out the perfect bridesmaid theme color for the wedding and it just put the whole thing together! She is amazing at what she does!

I went in to try wedding dresses on for the first time today. My stylist, Grace, was super helpful and friendly. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be going back in the future for any events I may have!

They are always so nice! Secondly I gave them a vintage dress that was way too small for me and they made it fit me perfectly! Incredibly talented and kind! That team is amazing especially Alli! They get it done in a timely manner and are realistic with your request and give helpful suggestions!!! Definitely think they are worth going to for your alteration needs!!

I had a terrible experience!!! We arrive to the appointment and they instruct me to look at the dresses and pull out any dresses that I like and not to worry about size they would take care of that. I even ask how many and was told pull ALL the ones you like. So, I pulled probably 8-10 dresses (more or less). Then, I over hear the manager telling the associate that I pulled way to many dresses to put them back. They never ask me what dresses to put back they just randomly started putting the dresses that I chose back up. That should have been my first clue to walk out but I didn't. Then, I start trying on the dresses and they didn't even pull my sizes for me to try on. I ask the associate why none of the dresses where my size and she really didn't even reply and all the dresses where at least 2-4 sizes to small. NOT a real confidence booster for sure, I left in tears! It was a horrible experience. Had all but decided to just not even have a wedding after that and my daughter wouldn't hear of it. She made me an appointment with another David's Bridal the following day and they were absolutely wonderful to me and I FOUND MY DRESS THERE!!! BTW this is probably the 2nd second time that I have ever given a business a 1 star and wrote a review...
