I procrastinated big time and waited until the last minute for an oil change before my trip. I was panicking because it was 11:50 and they close at 12. Austin and Timmy were absolutely amazing. They let me come in and they did a fantastic job with my oil and replacing my wipers. Thank you guys for staying long enough to take care of my car needs on a holiday weekend. Best customer service ever

Major props to Travis, Greg and Jathan for their extraordinary kindness, honesty and expertise! Pulled up with neither an appointment nor a need for an oil change. Simply needed someone to check my oil en route to Nashville. And they not only checked the oil, they checked the other fluids as well - plus spotted lots of oil residue on the front and back exhaust - something EVERY other mechanic missed even when they knew I had a "slow oil leak" - and also something that is potentially dangerous! ... Bottom line, these guys are GREAT and when I do need an oil change, Crossroads Express Lube will be my go to place! ?????ps: Travis removed much of the oil residue and recommended a couple local mechanics who can replace the valve cover gaskets ... ???

They were very honest and wouldn’t even give me an oil change because they informed me that I had an oil leak that needed to be looked at first. They offered to top off my oil so I could get my car safely somewhere that it could be worked on. They could have easily changed out my oil and made their money and I would have been none the wiser but they gave up a sale and did the right thing.Service: Oil change

Every time I’ve come here, one of the well-seasoned men took a great, quick, care of my car sending me on my way in about 15-20 minutes. Even if there is a line, you’ll likely be out in 30 minutes tops.
