She was courteous and called me to let me know she hadn’t heard back yet but would call as soon as she did. “It always seems to be a difficult and time consuming process when entering this place. I do the same three things, once a month, I pay my mortgage, pay my car payment, and make an extra principal payment on my car.I am always greated with looks of confusion when attempting to do these three things and my visit always seems to take minimum of 15 to 20 minutes, despite the fact that I have never seen more than one other customer in the lobby. If I knew that it was always going to be such a hassle to make my monthly payments I probably would have taken out my mortgage somewhere else. My time is valuable, and not respected at this place.EDITED TO ADD...... after my initial problem I was contacted by the bank staff. They were apologetic and assured me that my issues would be addressed, which I appreciate. I am confident that improvements will be made and that these problems will be rectified.”
