This place is full of things and stuff. Furniture, glassware, books. It’s a lot!!! Much of it had been there awhile. If you’re not afraid to dig or afraid of squirrels, this is your place.

Place is a stinking crowded mess since they sold it last year. Furniture is falling apart and nailed together.Owner is completely rude and arrogant. Go to consignment corner instead. Much nicer

I went to this shop a few days ago. I tend to approach new experiences with open and holistic views, and this was no different. As I entered the shop, I was hit with a very aggressive smell of burgoo. It wasn't exactly a positive or negative thing, but the ripe scent made me question if it was coming from me, as I had just walked a mile in the heat to arrive there. The selection was neat and quite varied, and there were many nice and affordable finds. There was something haunting about the atmosphere, but that's to be expected from any antique store. I almost bought a stuffed rabbit (there were a lot of rabbits!) but I decided against it. Overall a pretty charming shop with a bit of a creepy atmosphere.

Spent hour thrifting some collectible cups just for them to say they couldn’t price them. Cups that were buried under piles of boxes they have no intention of rummaging through very poor business ethic

There is no rhyme or reason for the layout of that store. Its packed and not priced properly or not priced at all. Its just a mess.

Wow I was so impressed with the staff, prices, and the variety of items. I literally got everything I needed to finish setting up my house and didn't break the bank! I'll be back for sure.

Went to Consignment World looking for antique plates and salad plates for my son's wedding. The owner of the store told me to go to Grandma's Attic, that she owned that store as well. I went to Grandma's Attic and picked out at least 4 sets of individual dinner plate and salad plate. I went to register to pay and the lady, Emily, told me that if they didn't have prices on them, they were not for individual sale. They came out of sets of dishes. When I entered the store and told girl at register what I was looking for, I was instructed to go down two different aisles, which I did and that is where I found the plate sets. I confirmed with Emily that I could not purchase the sets I picked out and she said "No"! "I am not breaking up sets of dishes!" I asked her for her name and explained that the owner of Consignment World told me to come to Grandma's Attic. Emily said, as I was walking out the front door, "Well, she doesn't own this store, I do!!" Some Customer Service. I won't be back!! How rude!

Decent stuff to buy but the owners are not very kind. They have loudly cursed people for driving through their parking lot, though there's no sign up. It cost nothing to be kind!

I bought a shelf from Consignment World. I live close by and paid $25 for delivery. On the date/time is was to be delivered, no one showed up, I did not receive a call informing me they couldn't, and they did not respond to the voicemail I left informing them of this issue. The following day, I called and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. They refused to refund me my $25 delivery fee even though they did not hold up their end of the bargain as promised. I would not recommend going through the trouble of dealing with this business. They are disorganized and difficult.

Although they may have a decent selection, purchasing from Consignment World is not worth dealing with the people who operate the business. I paid $25 for them to deliver a shelf (less than a mile away) and nobody showed up at the agreed date/time for delivery or answered the phone. They did not respond to the voicemail I left regarding this issue. When I called them again the next day the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and refused to refund me the delivery fee despite them not holding up their end of the bargain. Would not recommend making a purchase here, they are disorganized and practice poor customer service.

It was horrible. I don't think I have EVER been to a business where the owner/staff were so incredibly rude. The store looked in disarray and dirty. It just wasn't a pleasant experience.

I've been shopping around for a bed frame. Everywhere was either sold out or wanted way more than I was willing to pay! Consignment World had just EXACTLY what I wanted!! And the price was PERFECT!!! I can't even explain how happy I am with my purchase here! If you haven't been, please go!! I'm sure they have something for EVERYONE!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!
