I have been using this company for 10 YEARS and what happened today was ABSOLUTELY the most pathetic way of doing business with a customer!!!! I put my $5.00 in to wash my clothes, started the machine, then realized I put them in the wrong machine bc that machine had hair ALL in it! I told them at the desk and asked if they would give my $5.00 back TO PUT RIGHT BACK IN THE CORRECT MACHINE!! They said, “We don’t give refunds.” I tried my best to explain it WAS NOT a “refund” bc it is going RIGHT BACK IN THE MACHINE!! I spent $10 total when I only needed to use $5. They were giving me $5 back and getting it right back bc I’d already put in $5 and was going to put THIS $5 right back in!! They said, “Sorry.” After 10 yrs as a faithful (my normal location knows me on sight) customer, I will NEVER go back unless an attempt is made to correct this error, which I ACKNOWLEDGE was mine!! Otherwise, I just hope no one asks me to recommend a laundry bc it CERTAINLY will be explained as to why not this one!! I do not know if the owner will actually see this but, if he does, I certainly hope he understands what I tried to explain to his attendants and rectifies the situation.

The people running the place are very friendly and helpful. We lost power due to the high winds in early March, and I needed to do my laundry. I also had to watch my mom’s dog, so I called ahead and asked if it was okay to bring him with me, and they said it he was more than welcome.

The wonderful lady in charge was so extremely helpful and very thorough. It's been years since I was in a laundromat. The restroom was very clean, as was the entire Laundromat. I loved the space and the sizes of machines. It was not over priced. Will definitely visit again for oversized loads.
