Dishonest & lack transparency - I called and had my prescription transferred, then asked how much it would be a month for my compounded prescription & was told $49. When I arrived it was $70 and I was told it's 49 for 1/2 as much as my prescription. I asked how much the compounding fee was of that as it was so much higher than at my previous pharmacy. After talking to the pharmacist the person came back & said he refused to say - that that's the price with their time & everything. Other pharmacies tell you what the compounding fee is & what the prescription is.

Bought a pulse oximeter which was $58 with tax. Never opened, not taken out of box. Called & asked if I could return. Yes I was told. Drive there, and they would not take back due “this type item” meaning covid19. And wasted a pair of disposable gloves at drive thru on top of it. Sheldons has them for $37 and Kroger for 29.99 by the way. A friend ended up getting one so I wanted to return this.

At this time of Thanksgiving, I just wanted to say thank you to Clinic Pharmacy. Our son has many medical issues that are hard to navigate. The care, advice, and personal service that I have received at Clinic Pharmacy has made the medication management part of his medical issues so much easier. Thank you so much!

All in all ok at best. Customer service is my primary complaint as the older pharmacist and staff are rude and annoyed by questions. Also long wait time. I would suggest Sheldon's Express Pharmacy or Springhill Pharmacy (Jeff and Stacy are great).
