She has no problem or attitude with any request I make even when I feel like I’m asking for too much.
The popcorn on Fridays is such a bonus!

I have been with this bank since 2021. I accumulated a return payment fee that totaled over $80.00. I placed the money in my account via Cash App, but they said that it takes 1 business day to post, not knowing that. I asked them, as a one-time courtesy, to remove it for me, but they just said, 'The account you have, there is nothing we can do about it.' No one wanted to help me at all; the bank manager never called me back about the matter. They acted as if the money was coming out of their pocket or something. I am a mother of 3 with a disabled husband, where I don’t have $80.00 just to be giving away when I did what they told me to do to make sure that the funds are in my account by the end of the business day. I’m very disappointed with this company; at this time, they seem to not care about the loyalty of their customers. I will be closing out my account with them.

The bank on Leahman would not deposit a 3rd party check for me and my girlfriend. I have a checking acount there, we had both ID's and valid signatures. Instead, they tried to strong arm her into opening a checking account with them and was completly rude to me their already exsisting customer.

I was a customer here for over 12 years. There is a taller teller there in her 50's and she couldn't greet or thank me. Ever. It took a few months for me to get upset about it. I finally confronted her and she denied it. I then called the branch manager, Angela. She said she never had a complaint about her. Well Angela, here is her first! I assume this is her personal friend due to no action or consequences taken. She then made me close my account after calling me at work (how professional),and so angry you could hear it in her voice. I guess thats easier than dealing with isses. Good riddance to those toxic ladies. I have been at South Central bank ever since. I have had issues there with tellers and they get fixed! What a concept. There are a lot of banks here...I would highly suggest another!

Pretty good for most part. Usually if I have a problem & I call them about it they will help me either get it fixed or explain what/how it works or what to do to fix it or prevent the issue from occuring again. They are pretty good at working with their customers on any issue that may arise. For the most part they are pretty fair with charging fees & so far I haven't had any problems with them like I have had with most other banks. I don't like banks usually because of past experiences but they haven't been like any other bank I have ever dealt with, which has been a good thing for me & restored some of my faith in banks(brick & mortar ones) bc I was at point of only dealing with the online ones before I started dealing with them.

The most racist Bank in town! Every time I go to cash my paycheck they always make me do a deposit they never let me cash it, um this is my hard earn money Not yours! I bet they never make the white people that go through the drive-thru deposit their check in their accounts instead of cashing it.

This is by far the best CFB out of all of them. They are so friendly and courteous.. They help with every need that you have. Any questions that you have, they will answer or will get the answer for you. If you call, they are prompt in returning your calls. KUDO'S
