Here again after driving 2 hours from my hometown to hear I have to wait 25 minutes because all the staff is on a very important meeting they just don’t care about their customers at all. Closing my account best decision ever made . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!!! And just Bank somewhere else.

Worst Banking Experience Ever 20+ years with Chase personally and business accounts. Just 2 visits in this Branch and never again step foot in there careless branch! Horrible and most unprofessional teller staff and 0 Authority to help customer and making things worst that I have ever witnessed. This Financial INSTITUTION is a mess. I will be taking actions if my personal account isn't fixed tomorrow AND MY FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE else where! Over this insanity with this incompancy they are costing me and and all of my finances and connections! Unfortunately I am done with them and will never step foot in their unprofessional branch again. Fix my account you messed up repeatedly now! OVER IT...YOU DON'T DISRESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER LIKE THIS! HORROR SERVICE IS A UNDERSTATEMENT AT THIS BRANCH! RUDE AND DISRESPECTED on multiple levels. 0 stars and disgusting service! I expect a call from you Manager, Janice tomorrow or I will call regional manager and others IF THIS ISN'T FIXED to resolve your mishandling of my personal & PRIVATE account. I have had many years of banking experience and this is a disgrace to say the very least! YOU CANT HOLD MY FUNDS LIKE THIS!
