I get that employees have tasks to complete, but helping your customers should be task #1. I stood, with my items, for a fair bit waiting to be shown to a fitting room. Employees were buzzing all around me doing stock work and seemingly uninterested in helping me. I'm not going to hunt your staff down for help. I put my stuff up on a rack and walked out.

Idk who is in charge of hiring and training, but they are so not on the ball. One couldn't be bothered to look up from her push broom and the other scared the bagebus out of me. Saturday is a busy day. As a manager you would think you would want your strongest sales people on the floor Not your weakest. Wasn't greated entering or exiting and honestly was not impressed. Store in Somerset was 400% better with excellent customer service. Guess I keep my shopping there.

Absolutely TERRIBLE place of business. Kristi @ the Campbell Ln. location is RACIST and made aggressive threats. She insulted the intelligence, the skin color, and the accent of a good friend of mine. The transaction wasn’t even being completed by her, she felt the need to interrupt the other sales woman to make racist comments and threats. Wouldn’t give my money to this company if my life depended on it

I have loved this Cato for many years! The styles are eye catching and merchandised well, easy to find your size and accessories available in trendy styles along with shoes! You can grab a cute outfit for under $50.00 plus accessories! Some items wash better than others, I usually wash in cold water and air dry a lot of pieces I purchase from Cato. The sales clerks are the friendliest and they do not hover over you but are attentive enough if you need help! All Cato stores have something a little different so I seek out Cato's when I'm traveling or just shopping in a different city.

Very rude workers today at 4:30! They ignored me and didn’t say a word to me. I’ve always shopped at Catos and I won’t be back to this one ever!!! Two workers were helping one lady that they clearly knew and ignored me on purpose!!!

I usually don't write reviews but....was there a few days ago and was not once greeted!! I was in there for about 15 min or so while both workers stood behind the register and not once asked if I needed help or anything. Bad customer service I won't go back to that location!
