“Just wanted to say “thank” for an absolutely stunning ceramic polish performed by the SMR Detail Shop. I had a mess on my hands with a recently purchased vehicle that some type of contaminant (road paint?) imbedded in the paint. I took the vehicle to TWO different vendors, both of whom do extensive work for two different dealerships. One had the vehicle for a full day, couldn’t make any improvements in the paint. The other didn’t want to even attempt.I had gotten a referral to the SMR team. They confidently proceeded and produced stunning results -- the black paint looks a foot deep! The right products and equipment made all the difference. I was on the fence as to whether or not ceramic coating would really make a difference – wow, how I have been impressed. As I mentioned, it's not just the product being used. It’s the right equipment in the hands of skilled personnel that made the difference. They are more than willing to take accountability and fix any problems or mistakes. And if you wash your car more than twice a month, you really can’t beat their prices on their memberships for what you get! I can’t recommend highly enough. I’d definitely give more stars if possible! My car hadn’t been washed in years, because we got it used, and even after the 1st time, it looked brand new almost.”
