“A tree limb harpooned our front windshield while our car was sitting in our driveway. We contacted our insurance company, and they contacted Triple Crown Auto Glass. Triple Crown contacted us quickly and was able to set up our appointment for the next day. JT called me in advance to make sure someone would be home for our appointment and then updated us when he was on the way to our house and his arrival time. He was very friendly and courteous and took care of the windshield very quickly. He made sure to give us specific instructions afterwards and answered all of our questions.
