STAY AWAY! Sold me a car that started knocking 30 minutes after I got it. Drained the “oil” and it was legitimately 90% Lucas oil stabilizer to keep the knock quiet. Ridiculous.

This auto sales lot is for lack of a better word and to keep from being blatantly honest and crud, because that would mean me saying a whole lot of ugly choice words to only begin to describe the utter distasteful behavior this man and his crew have. I took a friend to buy a car from Derek, POOR communication, the car sold was a bad car and had over $1000 in work to be done. Derek and his assistant Tink BOTH gave my friend the run around. He bought the car one day, and the next day it was parked until the following week. Even today, we still don’t know when and if the car is finished.. but they’re complaining about phone calls back to back. I think it’s a headache for anyone to work with them. The first day they had really good energy (I assume they were ready to make that sale)
Update: he called around to get my PERSONAL info on this review, almost threatening I felt. Demanding to get my number. After he noticed this, my friend got his car.

Derek Dunn ( owner) is One Honest man.
I was treated with great respect!
I definitely recommend checking them out if your looking for a vehicle.

Bought a 1999 white Toyota camry....didn't give me a drive out tag on it....contacted problem more then 100X never contacted me back and that's all I wanted....stayed at a friend 3 nights...3 nights that's it....it was towed....he wouldn't answer to give me a tag and for me to put insurance on it to have it released back to me....worst dealership I ever dealt with....no communication,won't answer the phone....and also car is leaking oil everywhere....do no buy from here

Very poor communication, sold vehicle from underneath me when I was willing to drive and hour and a half and have it towed. Never notified me of it being sold. Horrible business. Doesn't answer phone calls.

So far so good! I will update if anything changes. I drove from Nashville to buy a car from Derek and I am very pleased. Very pleased with my purchase. It was priced well under KBB.

They don't answer their phone when you call. I love in Tennessee and purchased a vehicle and they are making this a headache to deal with.
