I had such a great experience ordering over the phone! We needed a same-day bouquet delivery for one of our employees and they were so friendly to work with. The bouquet was beautiful and I couldn't recommend them more!

Great place to order from! Great customer service! I ordered flowers for my sweet DIL today. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. It was FULL of beautiful blossoms. They even sent me a picture of the bouquet before they delivered it! Highly recommend!

I had a last minute order that I was most certain I was not going to be successful to get from anywhere. However, I decided to try anyway so I decided to go to The Bouquet Shoppe first. I have never shopped here or even heard anything about them. When I arrived the owner was out making a delivery but there was a sign on the door to call for an order. I decided to call and she said she was just a few minutes out so I told her I would wait. When she arrived I told her what I was looking for and because of Valentines just ended anything with red especially roses was going to be almost impossible. We spoke for a few minutes and she prepared two beautiful pieces that was just what I wanted. I'm so glad I shopped here first. I highly recommend The Bouquet Shoppe.

Very helpful - recommend for Funeral arrangements, she texted me a picture and took the flowers early to make sure they were there before the family arrives- amazing next day service- will use again and I recommend 100%

Ordered some flowers for someone special from out of state and they did above and beyond. So incredible! Even got a picture of what they did for me. Very very beautiful! Recommend even from another state!

Heather went above and beyond with my order. First, the flowers came out beautifully and she was kind enough to send a picture of the arrangement. Second, upon delivery, she discovered that the recipient no longer lived at that address (totally my fault!) and she found the new address and brought the flowers there. Really appreciate the effort even though it wasn't her fault! Thank you so much for everything!

The Bouquet Shop has done a wonder job with every order I have placed for many years. Heather is a perfect small business owner as she is sincerely concerned with every customer and treats them like family. My mothers gets flowers a few times a year and she is always so impressed with them. Heather never disappoints!

Heather was fantastic and very spot on with the flowers I requested for my mothers funeral. I showed her a picture of the way I wanted the flowers and vines to drape over the sides of the casket and she made it happen. The casket spray was the most beautiful I had ever seen. Lots of compliments on all the bouquets that were there. I will definitely order again.

I received a stunning bouquet from my cousin after losing one of my dogs. The personal touch of having hand written message on the card, showed how much compassion this flower shop truly has. Also, thank you for going out of your way on this order!P.s. I apologize for the greeting of dogs as you were walking back to your vehicle.

I called morning off with a special request for a gift basket to be delivered to my fiancée who was traveling to Bowling Green for work. Heather was fantastic to work with over the phone from where I am across the country. She went out of her way to fill it with the candy and food he likes, and put it together beautifully within my budget. Super happy!

Great place to do your floral shopping arrangements with. I went online to place my order for a family members funeral, & kinda at the last minute too, the website was easy to use, but I still called the shoppe because I didn't want to make any mistakes on my end, & it not get there when I needed it to. I spoke with a very nice lady named Heather on the phone who was very helpful, & so pleasant to talk to, & walked me right through everything I needed to do, even helped me with what to say on the card, without making me feel silly for not knowing myself what to do. She then assured me there would be no problem having them there even a little sooner than I was expecting. So I was very pleased with that as well. And she even sent me a text of a picture of them afterwards to show me how nice they looked, so I got to see what I actually had ordered and paid for, and wasn't expecting that at all, and wasn't able to attend the funeral either. So without her sending me that photo, I wouldn't have ever known what they looked like. Heather went above and beyond her job duties as a florist that day, taking care of me and my needs for that day. I'll always shop The Bouquet Shoppe for anything Floral, or Flower Arrangements I may need, and will recommend to all my family and friends too.

I needed some birthday flowers for my sister who lives in Bowling Green, KY. I live in Houston, so I looked for local florists in the BG area and found The Bouquet Shoppe. I often do this instead of going to one of the big nationwide floral companies.I told Heather what I wanted and to pick out the flowers for me.She did a fantastic job! The arrangement was beautiful and my sister really enjoyed it.
