Lots and lots of selections to choose from at this location in the greenwood mall which is the only one in bowling green. Prices are a little higher than some other places for most boots but they have some that aren't that bad. The quality seems to be very good on almost all the ones I looked at

Very knowledgeable and helpful associates. Good selection, but not all the selection is available at this store due to the smaller size of the store.

Thoroughly disappointed. I was gifted a nice pair of boots but they didn’t fit like I thought. I never wore them and had the receipt, but was told they could not be returned because they were “worn”. Not good business, they have lost mine.

First time in Boot Barn in bowling Green KY, great selection. Walked right in found the ones I wanted and walked out. Customer service was excellent although there was some kids and of employee meeting going on hope they got all that figured out. Thanks for the boots they're perfect!

I had a baby and my boots no longer fit. I kept the boots in protest. I finally decided to buy a new pair. After talking to the manager and picking a new pair of boots. She asked if i still had the old boots. Yes. She offered to stretch them overnight to see if they would fit. After bringing them in and stretching the boots they fit better than when they were new! Love this store. Above and beyond service!

Jeans rip and are unwearable after a month they don’t stand behind their products and the cashier was rather rude. I just expect when I pay $70 for new jeans they last at least a year. I have $10 jeans that have never ripped ten years strong. Truly sad. Lost a customer and his family today.

Great selection, went here for boots for my 1.5 year old and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of options they had for her size. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but they had probably at least 8 options for her which was more than I expected, they have even more online as well. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they offer military discounts and give coupons on your birthday and anniversary. Great place, worth the drive to go back and buy her next pair as she grows.
