Their customer service was awesome ( Lady who works the front desk was especially helpful) They were nice on the phone while I badgered them for updates because I missed my car. They gave me an accurate completion date. They went the extra mile and when I noticed a defect when I came in to pick it up they fixed it completely and even gave me a ride back to work since I had turned in my rental. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.”

“They were super nice and didn't try to up sell me on anything. I went for a cheaper option on a hood and bumper I needed replaced, and when the parts came in, he said they weren't up to snuff and got me better parts. My car looks great now, and it cost less than the quotes other body shops gave me. Highly recommended.”
“I was not happy when I got my car towed. But it was my fault. So why be upset with someone for the mistake I made? When I called this particular business they were very polite and handled everything. When I got my car back, it was in the same condition that I left it in. These people are very professional and even though I hope my car never gets towed again, I will be calling them when/if my keys ever get locked in my car or if I simply just need a tow.”
