I was pleasantly surprised it was very neat and clean not what I was expecting at all because the other big lots is not but this one is on Scottsville Road and it had a lot of things to look at and I will go back

To be honest I don't even know why they have a phone. When you call it goes straight to mail. Doesn't even try to ring once. If you want any customer service you have to actually go to the store.
