I went into the store today, and all of the associates were in their own world. I went in to take a listen to the Bose Ultra Headphones which cost around $500 with taxes included. None of the display headphones were working. One employee did help me. I didn't catch his name. He was African American with a black cap. However, when he enlisted the help of one of his staff members, this staff member shrugged him off as of he was super busy. I did happen to catch the uninterested staff member who felt like he didn't want to help. His name was CHANCE. Chance was unhelpful and uninterested in doing his job. He doesn't need to work at Best Buy if he doesn't like helping the people who give him the job-customers. I was disgusted an dissatisfied at employee CHANCE behavior. I won't be back to this location. I can choose where I spend my hard earned money, and will never be at this location.

I called first to ensure they had what I needed. Yes in stock. When I arrived I asked a mgr, where. Was told I didn't speak to someone at the store and if I walked to the back I should find it. Nope.Instead of taking me to whati was looking for he thought he should just stand up front. As i was leaving in disgust he said he had someone.....Stop right there buddy. I wasted all the time I'm going to at this Store. Never go back. Take better care of your customers if you want them

Today I went in to buy some pokemon and they had some paldean dates tins on the shelf so I grabbed one to go buy it and the manager ripped the tin out of my hands and said those are not supposed to be on the shelf yet and that i couldn’t purchase them. I will not return to this Best Buy to buy anything else unless something is done about the manager there was no need to rip something out of my hands.

I made an appointment last night to have the screen on my samsung s23 ultra repaired. Drove a hour there. Got there just to be told best buy bowling green ky is not able to work on samsung screen. So we wasted alittle over 2 hours having to an appointment to fix my phone that I should have been told to start with that best buy in bg couldn't work on it. So it's a hard negative for this review.

Such ease shopping here. My sales associate, Adam, was stupendous!Mitigated my purchase of a range and hood vent in a professional and courteous manner. Super easy--- just sitting back waiting for the delivery.Thank you Best Buy and Mr Adam!

It’s very sad that the Bowing Green,Ky. location direct calls go to customer service agents. They stated there isn’t a job for their employees to answer the phones in store. I am scheduled for a delivery from 7am-7pm and here all day with 45 left and no confirmation call their in route or anything.

The employees did not get my order right it is taking a month for me to get my dryer poor service and poor installation I recommend that you don't buy appliances from best buy if you do pick up yourself dont trust them
