This is my absolutely favorite salon. I always get so relaxed that I nearly go to sleep. Kellsie does my hair an I am picky. Sometimes I want dark and sometimes I want blonde. She knows how I like it to be blended and natural looking. She did highlights for me yesterday and they are the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been doing this for decades. I also get the Botanical treatments to help my hair shine.
Specialties: They use all Aveeda products and the hair wash room is like a few moments in the relaxation spa.
Every session starts with a quick massage with essential oils.
Stylist: Kellsie is wonderful!

After being greeted by the friendly staff, there is hardly any wait to get your appointment started. I have always been offered a neck and shoulder massage with an included aroma of my choice as soon as I sit in the chair, which is a free service. I transitioned to using Aveda haircare products and these are the best ones I have used yet. I especially love the new “be curly advanced” line recommended by Cody. The overall Aveda experience is what I believe sets this salon apart from the others in Bowling Green.
Stylist: I have been going to Cody for over 2 years since May 2022. He consistently provides excellent customer service and exceptional cuts and colors.

Requested style: Below chin bob, side bangs with layers throughout.
Hair type: Long (below collar bone) to cut below chin length. Wavy/curly hair.
Stylist: Tiffany is an amazing stylist! She listened carefully to the length I wanted, let me check it and made sure I was happy before continuing the cut & style. She styled my hair curly and I was so pleased and happy with the length gone my curls had returned! ?

Bella Salon is a Amazing Place... It is a Full service Aveda Salon....with a Super staff and caring Stylist's
Tiffany ( my stylist) was Precise... Very knowledgeable and full of Grace and Joy...
It was my first time visiting Bella today and I have now found "My Salon"
If you are looking for a Full Service Salon..Please give Bella a try .... you will be very glad you did....

I received a neck and shoulder massage with a scent of my choosing prior to the shampooing and cut.
Requested style: I chose a layered look with face framing on medium to long hair.
Stylist: My stylist was Cody! He cut and styled my hair based off a picture I presented and he did amazing with the turnout.

I am going to post the pictures and let you decide. My daughter and I went together. Both girls were extremely nice. This is how my daughter’s one hour pedissage looked. I never received a massage at all. Plus my cuticles didn’t get the work that was needed either. She rubbed some lotion on my feet in the beginning but I never got any massage. Very disappointing.

I wish I could say that I loved my experience at Bella but unfortunately I did not. The young lady who provided the service, such that it was, was very pleasant but that's the only real positive I have. The description for the pedissage indicates that it includes an extended massage and I was truly looking forward to that. My feet get massaged more by husband absent-mindedly rubbing them while watching TV than they did for a service that is way too overpriced. My 13 year old could do a better job painting them than what I paid to have done today. I put shoes and socks on almost 4 hours after having my toes painted and the paint looks terrible. Drip dry was used as well as 3 rounds of RapiDry spray and no shoes for 4 hours so there's no reason why they should look like they do. After reading several reviews it seems like Bella Salon and Spa is more focused on providing excellent customer service for the salon portion of the business and providing mediocre services for the spa portion (at least the pedicure department). The pedissage that I received today was a complete and total waste of money.

I have never had my hair done at this place, but I just want to share my experience, which is why I gave them one star. I was in need of a hairdresser desperately as my hairdresser all of a sudden close their door. My hair is shorter than shoulder length, and I needed my grey covered and some foils. I also wanted to trim and a blowout. The woman on the phone was very nice and very friendly and said l when I inquired on the price " you're looking at $160" and I will put you down for a Color and root touchup. Then I heard someone saying something in the background and she said may I put you on hold when the call came back on. It was a different woman's voice who sounded older and told me -now mind you site unseen. -It would start at $230. $230!! START??They haven't even seen my hair they don't know if I have thick hair, thin hair how short my hair is - how ridiculous is that?! Needless to say I didn't make an appointment and I would never step foot in that place and I would tell everybody who asked me for a good hairdresser about my experience with them on the phone.
