I went in for a timing belt change, thet said they couldn't do it without replacing my water pump. For a Cruze that makes sense because it's a piece of junk that likes to break down every 100,000 miles or so. I went through with it because better safe than sorry you know. What I didn't go through with is the nail they put into my passenger side tire. We know it was them because the psi light came on when getting the car, it's December so I thought it was the cold. But no, those greedy mechanics put a Nail through my tire.

Amazing service at an amazing price. They call you to give updates on the vehicle and ask before going forward with work not originally requested. I would pick this place before ever going to any chain location. They also have a very convenient key drop-off, so you can drop your vehicle off at any point. Very friendly service people.

I don't care where you go or how much you spend, you won't find better service than at B & B Tire Center. My GMC Sierra has 300,000+ miles on it and going very strong due to the excellent, caring service at B & B. The staff is so friendly and pleasant and I'm a loyal customer due to their helpfulness. My Michelin's are nearing 100,000 miles and you only achieve this type of tire life with great tires, expert mounting, balancing and rotation. To the team at B & B......THANK YOU!!!
