We’ve been renting vehicles from Avis for a few years!! It’s super easy and quick the vehicles are always clean an ready!! Only takes minutes with reservations customer service is awesome!! Get your cars here did I mention it’s super easy!!!

I reserved a rental car from the Bowling Green KY Avis location several weeks prior to the September 30 pickup. Avis called at 6:00pm September 29 to inform me they were out of rental cars and I would have to make other arrangements. They offered no help in securing another car for our family vacation and they didn’t even have the decency to offer a discount on a future rental. I have never experienced this level of disorganization and callous unprofessionalism from any credible business in my lifetime and I’ll be sure to never book with Avis again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!! My husband reserved a vehicle a week and a half in advance. It's 2 days before we leave for vacation, and Avis canceled our reservation. Now we're having a hard time finding a rental. Never doing business with them again.

The Bowling Green office was a pleasure to rent from. The changing of our rental times was not an issue and they made sure that a car was available. I will continue to rent from Avis, especially because of their rates!

I was told when I called that they would check my credit score to rent a car from this place. Even though my credit is up to par I don't have time to deal with non-sense!!! I went right to enterprise and got the great service I needed!!!

Had the worst experience at Hertz but luckily found Avis! Amazing customer service, great cars, fast and easy pickup/drop off. Best car rental in Bowling Green! Recommend 100%

2-3 times this happens. Avis Staff (bearded guy) will ask the car mileage and gas, then you are good to go. No effort to go outside to check the car and verify the info (gas and mileage). This Avis is not busy location.Later that day, you’ll get your invoice via email with fuel charges. Once you call the Avis BG, He’ll tell you can’t do anything and have to call Avis customer service for reversal of charges. If he had done his job diligently on the first place there will be no hassle calling customer service, explaining situation and has to give info like when where the car get filled with gas. Time of fill, amount, gallons etc…waste of time.Better ask for invoice when you return the car so that charges will be taken out before you left the counter.The other staff, (i think his name is Blake). Hassle free transaction with him.

First of all, I'm going to state how great of a customer service representative Blake is. Secondly, I've been renting from this location for several years and have had only one major issue with a rental. This was during the covid-19 pandemic So it was handled Not so good but Blake made up for it when I got back from my trip with outstanding understanding and compassion for what I had to go through with a third party.... Blake is truly the best He needs to be rewarded over and over for his professionalism and customer service skills. There are so many companies to rent from out there but I solely rely on Avis because of Blake. He is the best of the best and if he ever leaves Avis, I probably will too. I know I can trust Avis because I can trust Blake. I can't say enough about him. He is truly the best.

The Bowling Green KY office seemed very disorganized at pick up and even more at drop off. I had reserved a mini van; when I arrived for pick up and was told which car was mine, I could not believe it. The van was NASTY! There was trash in the car, the exterior and interior were very dirty. There was mud slung up on the vehicle. I was honestly embarrassed to allow my colleagues to ride with me. I thought about running it through a car wash, but decided against it due to cost to my company. I have never had this type of experience before with AVIS but I've never used the Bowling Green Ky office. I am picking up an AVIS rental in Boston MA tomorrow - I hope the experience is better! I would not recommend AVIS BG, KY to anyone.

Picked up a vehicle at Nashville airport that had issues, so went to the BG AVIS to request a different vehicle. Colin was extremely helpful and accommodating!

This was my last rental at this place and never going back. I had been renting with Blake at avis for 5yrs. Done as of today ✔️. No cars avaliable on the whole lot at the time of pickup which caused an automatic cancelation unknown to me. I wasn't able to transfer the rental to a nearby city due to this automatic cancelation.

Would give NO stars if google would allow. We had a reservation for a car to go to a family funeral 3 hrs away. Upon arrival to the store the front door was locked and no one was there. Called customer service and was told someone would be there in 10-20 minutes. 45 minutes later no one has come. Called customer service again and was told they have it on their computer that it the location was closed. But yet on Google maps showed it was open. This has been the worst experience with a car rental company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

I will never try to use Avis in Bowling Green ever again. Slightly rude and unproffessional. They need a full disclosure policy right from the start. Not suprise ya with things on pick up.
