My engine light came on while driving from Chicago to Georgia. The staff was extremely helpful, ran a diagnostic and told me what the problem was. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Very efficient !!

Hi, I came here to autozone.
Expecting to spend Money that we didn't have, but I figured if we was to buy the 3 parts. It would have taken us at least 3 to 4 months. Due to the fact that we are disability in a fixed income. So we attempted to get one knowing that we needed all 3. months because we are on debt.7 to get it departed. I needed as we looking at the prices. And he showed me the part one was $47 another 1 was. It's 60 something and another one was of course. $10 and they all had to do with idling the car running hot and spot plugged in etc. Anyway, I told him that almost like we are in disability and we will have to get one part now and then come back maybe next month and get the other part and do it that's the only way That I could think of of getting the parts that I needed but the gentleman due to the fact that I served before at all the zoning in Texas and got transfer here in Bowling Green. And they don't have senior citizens. He allow me to Share he's discountand that was very nice of him and I have, I didn't go there with any kind of expectations like that I figure we do like we always do we get one partthe next month we get together and the next 1 we'll get together sooner later we'll get. The car done but it will take us a long time due to our disability and fix income. So I want to think that a gentleman. An autozone for being such a blessing to not only me but also to the community. Friendly and helpful staff. I came here to look for the windshield washer fluid. When I came in, I was asked if I needed an assistant. He helped me to find what I needed quickly, and I finally chose the Rain X De-icer which works well now.

I went to start my vehicle and the battery was dead. I called around and no one would bring me a battery. I called AutoZone, I was talking with Fred and explained my situation to him. Fred asked how close do I live. I told him I’m not five minutes away and he said I’ll be there in ten minutes. Not only did he bring me a battery but installed it. Thank you to the Manager for helping me and Fred was amazing. At a time in this country I thought customer service was dead but you give me hope! Thanks again!
