Their customer service was awesome ( Lady who works the front desk was especially helpful) They were nice on the phone while I badgered them for updates because I missed my car. They gave me an accurate completion date. They went the extra mile and when I noticed a defect when I came in to pick it up they fixed it completely and even gave me a ride back to work since I had turned in my rental. Highly recommend. “I’ve been doing business with Rush Truck Center in Bowling Green since they opened this location. Steven and everyone in the parts department are some of the best in the business. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable staff and very easy to work with. I own a Kenworth, and buy my parts at a Peterbilt dealer because the Kenworth guys are a bunch of pricks, and that’s putting it nicely. Steven is my “go-to” for anything Paccar related. I’ve worked with him since the day he started, and is my first call for my parts. They have excellent prices, a large selection of inventory, and if something has to be ordered, I normally have it the next day. I can’t say enough great things about this crew. The service department is excellent as well. They’ve always been very accommodating for me and any questions I have. Keep up the great work guys!!”
