I have been a very loyal customer to this establishment up until tonight. I know all the clerks by name as well as they know me. To the point I bought them all Christmas presents, but for the second time in a week, the laundromat has taken at least five dollars from me, and both times there was little to no response from the staff. I am truly disappointed how these incidents were handled (or lack there of). And beyond disappointed in the staff at AM express Whom I considered friends after all this time. All Over maybe 30-40 quarters.They may be friendly, but take care less about you In the end. Absolutely disgusting!!! Ben

I have been going here for several years and have always had great service. Over the years I've come to know most of the staff and frequent there often. Even if I am on the other side of town I will wait to get gas at AM EXPRESS and used to refuse going anywhere else. I wanted to support their business here in Bowling Green. There is a game that I was trying to win for several weeks and I would get excited thinking about being able to stop in to play the game hoping to win. The game I was playing is close to the restrooms. The objective of the game is to hold down a button and release it on whatever number prize you want. I was trying to get #1 and #3 both were in clear little boxes and the prize was a one hundred dollar bill. Well last week I had a few dollars on me and to my surprise I WON ON #3 A HUNDRED DOLLARS !!!! I WON. I NEVER WIN ANYTHING.Well the game did not give me my prize. I was so upset and frustrated and I figured if I go up to the counter and ask Prea what I need to do things would be resolved with no problem.She did not know what to tell me and brushed off my concern like I she didn't care.The owner came out from her office and I told her what had happened and she said she didn't know she would have to contact the man who owned the game. I politely said okay and went on to my house.I got in the drive way and said no I am going back. I wrote my name , phone number, as well as the timeframe I played the game and what prize I had one. I thought I would get a call or the owner could view her camera at that time I was there.When I got there to drop off my letter with contact info I looked on the game for a service # and there was none.I am a very passive person and I know it's only $100.00 dollars but a $100.00 is a lot of money to me. I tried to tell myself to let it go.If I went to bingo or the mint gambling hall and I paid to play a game and I won I would expect just like anyone else to get the prize one so it's not okay to me what has happened. I just hope and pray they do the right thing. They have been very good to me for years and I to them. I'm a very loyal customer

This is now the laundromat that I go to! There is one that is literally 2 blocks away but I drive all the way across town to go to this one because the old lady at the one up the road from me was extremely rude to me one night and I needed to get my wife's work clothes done so that she had fresh ones for work that night, to my knowledge this is the ONLY LAUNDROMAT THAT IS OPEN LATE, AND THIS ONE IS OPEN 24 HOURS! It is attached to a convenience store and this is HANDS DOWN THE CLEANEST OF ANY OF THE CONVENIENCE STORES AROUND HERE! The staff is excellent and helpful and friendly! They keep the laundromat area just as clean as they do the rest of it and that is much appreciated because some of the laundromats around here are just nasty as can be! I really appreciate the fact that I feel safe here as well (I usually am alone) with it being open 24 hours, it is well lit and everything appears to be kept in good working order! Thank you for realizing that not everyone can go do laundry during the day and making sure that those of us on night shift have somewhere they can go and somewhere that they feel safe to go so late at night! ALSO, THEY HAVE AN 8 LOAD AND A 10 LOAD WASHER AS WELL AND FOR FAMILIES LIKE NY DAUGHTER AND SON IN LAW THAT IS SO AMAZING! (They have 4 children)

Thank you for being opened otherwise my son may have gotten fired from his job if I could t wash his clothes before a 5am shift. The place is nice and clean and safe.

Small place but very clean. Location is strategic. Close to hotels and local food. You can pay with credit card which is very convinient

This particular location has an attached laundromat. It has several large capacity (8, 10,12 load) washers. The machines take cards and coins... The staff in the store are super friendly, and will break bigger bills for change.

Great place to do laundry and get fuel. Newest machines in Bowling Green and usually within a penny of lowest prices on fuel. Always clean and always open.
