Sadly, I liked the work of the grooming, and they were always friendly & accommodating. However I had a difficult time getting phone calls back to schedule. The last time I had an appointment scheduled, no one showed to the shop that day, and after leaving 2 voicemail messages, I've never received a call back.

I LOVE ADELLA PET SALON!!!!❤️ The salon is very nice and clean and the owner is absolutely amazing!! She’s one the most sweetest person I have ever met inside and out of her salon! She takes pride in what she does and is hell of a great business owner. She really cares about every pet that comes in! So ignore the other false reviews!!!! She’s great at what she does and I wouldn’t recommend any other place besides hers!! 10/10 by far is the best place to take your fur babies in bowling green!! Love taking my fur babies to her!!!❤️❤️❤️

The owner steals photos from other groomers pages trying to pass them off as her own grooms. When called out by the groomer who's photo she was using, she denied everything and said it wasn't her. She is dishonest and refuses to take responsibility for her own mistakes. Not a thing to want in a pet professional. Since she has barred images from her Google reviews, all image proof is in her photos. You can even tell in her submitted images which dogs she clearly didn't groom but is trying to act like she did. This is not a person you want handling your dogs. She is clearly not able to be a responsible business person.

This pet salon is by far the best place to take your fur babies! It’s so nice and clean and the owner is just wonderful! She’s so sweet and she really cares about every pet that comes in! She’s great at what she does and I wouldn’t recommend any other groomers over her! Adella Pet Salon truly is an amazing place! I would rate it 100 stars if I could!!

This is the best place ever. We took our beagle copper to the owner back when she had a groomers here in Indiana. Every 3 months we drive the 5 hours just so our dog copper can get fixed up but by the best. He loves it there and the wonderful people who are involved with the business.

This business has stolen the pictures from other groomers and claimed as their own. Someone who lies and steals cannot be trusted and leaves into questions if they are capable of doing good work. anyone who does a great job would have no reason to take someone else's pictures

I don't live in town but was visiting friends and brought my dog Thor who is a Maltese. Well he decided to chase a squirrl right into a mud patch in a pastor. Needless to say he was horrible looking. I asked around and heard about this place. It is a very nice cozy shop extremely clean and smelling which surprised me dealing with animal's all day. They got him in surpriseily very fast and Thor came out ready to star in his own movie. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Highly recommend you stop in and check them out.

They have taken other groomers work and claimed it as their own which begs the question on what else they are lying about. Instead of apologizing they deleted everything with no explanation so that's proves how unprofessional these people are. I'd never take my dog to this place if they cant even advertise honestly.
