Communication and customer service are excellent. The lanes are tight if you have a large truck/trailer. They run a class act storage unit business. Now that we've moved to the area, we will definitely recommend to others and do business with them again.

Amber from ABC came in absolute clutch regarding my move out from WKU. I had agreed on a storage unit with someone but the plan fell through the day I was supposed to store my items. I had nowhere else to put them and Amber helped me immensely by driving all the way to this storage facility and helping me open up an account the same day. I would have been in a mess if it wasn't for this facility!

This storage unit is allowing makayla brown a ex of mine that has stolen belongs out of my house in the pass and who has now stolen more of my stuff which she is keeping in this storage unit I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she pretty much laughed at me all want is my stuff

Monica is the best.
She was always super helpful and so sweet when it came to anything I needed! If I ever need a unit again I'll contact them! Very clean space always kept them clear of bugs never had to worry with anything here!

About two years ago I had a unit here and a lot of name brand shoes and jackets came up missing out of my unit only I and the unit people had a key.

I’ve been a customer for a long time and the facility is clean, well secured and I’ve always felt safe going alone to load or unload things at anytime. Monica in the office has been more than kind and extremely helpful the whole time! She’s the reason why I’d recommend this place and I’ll never forget just how much her kind spirit has helped me more than anyone would know.

Our storage unit was damaged by a tornado in December 2021. Not only did they not tell us about the damage, but it’s now September 2022 and they’re just now fixing it. Our stuff has been getting snowed and rained on for the last 9 months. Terrible way to run a company and terrible communication. We should have been notified the day after the tornado of the damage to our unit.

Love these storage units. I actually relocated and used to store with the units on Russellville Rd owned by the same people. I've had a great experience for the past 9 months and will keep storing my stuff with them! Everything is always so clean and Monica in the office is so friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend Acorn Mini Storage & Monica . Monica was amazing & made renting a unit from another state so easy.
