Just received my leather martingale collars and leather leashes for my 2 Big Bernese Mt. Dogs, Largo and AYOKI. Thrilled with the quality of the leather and great workmanship of the products. I sent Will an email yesterday inquiring about the products and availability of the collars and leashes, he responded immediately. By the time I placed the order it was 2:50 pm with the shipping cut off of 3:00 pm and to my surprise I received the items in less than 24 hrs. Wonderful customer service! The fit is perfect for my boys! Thanks for making a great product, I will be ordering more items and thank you for the Sleepy Pup cup cozy!

Great customer service! My exchange was lost in the mail, and they still exchanged the product. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days!
