I am beyond aggravated me and my family spend lots of money here and from the moment we got here today Joseph (we was told he was a manager) completely disrespectful and rude following us around like we were stealing when were trying to buy an expensive tool for Father’s Day !!!! I never have felt more disrespected in my life couldn’t even joke with the family because he actually I interrupted our conversation and made a rude statement not knowing what we were even talking about . I never do reviews or complain but this was the worst experience I have ever had !!!

The cash register employee was top notch. Lynde at the Berea location has the best customer service. After a horrible experience in Somerset that was so refreshing.

The employees were very helpful here. Also, they have a great variety of pet supplies here. I didn't know that until recently, so that was a big help to me and my pocket. It's fairly priced.

Everyone there is so friendly, very clean store. They always have what I'm looking for. It may be a little on the expensive side but getting products anywhere else I think that the quality is worth the price.

They are always ready to help and the store is always clean and well stocked. I have bought lots of chickens from the Berea Kentucky store and they are healthy and strong. Great place all around!!!!!!!

Ordering online for store pickup..Was the second time I've ordered online for store pickup for an item showing in stock, then my order was cancelled because it wasn't in stock. TSC you need to get it together..

Terrible store and employees! Items placed in completely wrong sections and blaming customers for confusion. Something listed on the shelf for 12 dollars ringing up at 130, just to be told they don't care what the advertised price on the shelf says. Shady characters, the general manager was absolutely no help and says he hardly ever comes to the store. Will not be back! Go to Lowes better options and military discounts. Shame on you tractor supply.
