I have gone to Bruce for years for my tax services. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!. The employees are so welcoming and accommodating. However, do think they may need more work space or better utilization of what they do have for organization.

Make sure you double check all your info like addresses and such before they file....the preparer put the wrong address on my boyfriends return now we have to wait an additional 6 weeks. Other than that all was well.

I was recommended to Tax Wise & Bruce by a co-worker. Let me just say Bruce KNOWS HIS STUFF. I have never met a more professional person in a professional setting! Debbie, his receptionist is an absolute angel! The first time I met them they instantly treated me like family, acting like they had known me for years. I ran into a little problem after I left & emailed Bruce at 2 AM & he got back with me the very next morning putting my mind at ease. I will never go anywhere else for my tax services. You can’t get any better than Bruce, and the people at Tax-Wise!!! Support your local small business.

If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would! We went with Bruce there at Tax Wise and I have never been more disappointed in the customer service and lack of respect and attention to detail. We have had issue after issue and now are told that the documents we sent (and got confirmation that they were received) to this office TWICE are no where to be found! We are still waiting over a month later to even know the status of our return. 1/10... do not recommend.Not to mention being hung up on MULTIPLE times, and told that “we’ll just put in what you have with you” at the initial appointment when I asked what all documentation we may need.I went in with high expectations due to many people referring Bruce and was very disappointed.

I have to disagree with the negative reviews my experience was amazing bruce is very professional and got me in and out of there he done anything he could to help me get the maximum amount I could get back very nice I will always go to bruce from here on out this was my second time and I brought my boyfriend this year and he loved his experience to shame on all these negative people just trying to get attention thank you taxwise and most importantly bruce your one hell of a tax guy ?

I am a small business owner and depend on Tax-Wise for all of my tax needs. I have had my taxes done there for many years and have always been greeted with a warm smile, they are all very courteous and respectful. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Bruce was a pro!! He was very personable, experienced, thorough, and best of all quick! I had my 3 year old and 4 month old with me today for my appointment, which would of normally been an unpleasant experience for myself and everyone else around us...but not today! Thanks to Bruce's professionalism and knowledge in his line of work, i was able to walk out very pleased and confident with the results of this years return. I will definitely be back next year!!
