Linda, the property manager is very helpful it’s actually why I returned to this location to rent a unit again. She explains everything perfectly. And if you have additional questions all you have to do is call and ask. Renting from this location makes me feel like my property and items are safe and secure.

Linda at SROA is the reason I chose to rent with SROA again. She is so kind and friendly, very personable and knowledgeable about her services and units, and made me feel like I was speaking with a close friend or family member. I really appreciate her reaching out to see if I had any questions about my unit or if there was anything she could do to make my move any easier. Will absolutely use SROA for any future storage needs.

I registered online but forgot to fill out a of couple things. The staff was more than happy to help me fix those issues and explain everything to me. She was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Storage Rentals of America in Berea.

I think if it weren't for Miss Linda I would not have rented from you guys. She makes it more personal able and was very nice to work with. Otherwise it's just a high priced franchise.
