Truck got scratched but I let it go. The license plate reader can’t read to open the gate. My wait was extremely long to have someone open it. Just not a place that was friendly at all. It’s out of the way, not really accessible. But I wish them well anyway in this economy. Zero stars.

Just went through this car wash the Employees were so nice. Absolutely feel like they went above and beyond. It was very cold. I know they were miserable, but they were so friendly and so helpful.

Very nice care wash the single wash then is expensive but the do have wonderful deal for just 15 dollars more and its washes for life witch is so cool cus the vacums are free and so is the cleaning supplies witch sold me I thought it was a great touch just the right thing to make me at ease over the high single price

I loved this Car wash the Employees are Very friendly and do t try and rush you at all while your trying to Vacuum out your car or clean it up I did see a time limit of no longer then 10 mins per customer using the Vacuums but they never tried to rush us and really never even approached us to say anything but they were pretty layed back and let us take our time so that we could do it right the first time. I would definitely recommend anyone trying to find a quick and actually efficient Car wash that actually makes your car look new again then this is the place.

They’re a bit overpriced but they do a pretty decent job. When you purchase a car wash you also get window cleaner, all-purpose cleaner and rags available to use for free, along with the vacuum and trash bins. There’s a sign that says you have only 10 mins to use the vacuum stations. That’s really not enough time, I can’t even vacuum my carpets in 10 minutes, if I have trash or need to wipe my windows that’s another 10 minutes. They’ve never said anything to us before about the time limit, but it usually takes us 30 minutes if we use the amenities. A simple car wash with no amenities is less than 10 minutes. I have Littles that “help” me, so it tends to take me longer to do pretty much everything, so I’m glad they don’t sit with a stopwatch. :)It’s cheaper for us to purchase the monthly plan. If we don’t use it twice a week, we lose money, but I try to get a wash anytime I visit Walmart or my bank to make it worth my money. I enjoy a clean car and with said Littles, that can be tricky. Having Soak City nearby with the cleaners and towels available has been helpful for our family.

The people that work here on day shift work so hard!! It’s a hard job and they do great and are super friendly. Especially the woman with short hair and glasses. Would recommend this place to anyone.

NOT RECCOMENDED!! Damaged my $80k vehicle. I submitted an incident report and was told the owners would contact me to discuss (they said especially since I have paid the monthly membership fee almost since they opened). The damage happened 4 months ago and they still haven't attempted to contact me to discuss it. I will update my review when management contacts me about the damage. They also hire high school kids to work there, but do not train them very well. So you have kids washing your vehicle with dirty foam brushes before you go through the car wash, sometime they only get half your car & leave the other half untouched. And when you point out they didn't do what they were supposed to do, they get mouthy with you. There are other car washes in Berea that are half the price... use them instead.

Great car wash, friendly staff. Quick in and out with vacuums and towels provided. My car was very clean when the job was complete!

If you scroll down you’ll find a review from a James Beaty, me and him have had the exact same issue. We both paid $10 dollars for a car wash and got charged 19.99 a month later for a “membership”, the owners of soak city claim it’s a whole process to sign up and that they have attendants who walk you through the process but I never put my phone number or email address into their system, nor did I have an attendant out there with me. And I’ve never received promo email or text messages from them indicating any membership. 9 out of 10 business will happily refund you when you’re being charged for memberships you didn’t know you were signed up for, but when I called to get a refund today, the day after I was charged, the owner refused to talk to me on the phone and told their employee not to refund me. Horrible business with an obvious ploy to charge as many people as possible without their knowledge.

They will wash your mats if you ask them. I wish they had air hoses to blow dust from between your seats and vents. Great service nice employees

Car wash is great but there are employees that obviously don’t want to be there. Very poor attitudes and less than mediocre job preparing car for the wash. Not sure I’ll be back.
