Stuff was water damaged badly and there were snakes and mice in unit. Lost half of my stuff.

I wish I could give it no stars. Had things stored there after the pandemic hit and was sent home from college. Came back today to see that it had been broken into and more then half the stuff had been taken. Been trying to get in contact with the owner for a few days but no response and the voicemail is full. I would not recommend this facility. We don’t know when it was broken into but it’s not secure even with a really hard to break lock. The people who stole everything just broke the metal. Find a place that has someone walk the property everyday.

All my stuff is ruined! With rat stuff, there's roaches in all my boxes and we didn't have roaches before! The quality of the storage it's self is horid. The ceiling is falling in, and you can't even read the number on the storage units anymore! I am so mad. We sprayed before we put our stuff in and it didn't seem to matter at all! That's all I have left in the world and it's all ruined!! It makes me want to cry. Never ever waste your time or money with these storage Unites ever!!!
